How clean it was plus a nice big balcony that was wonderful

I smacked my head on the TV several times so possibly a better placing on that, that being said I think if a room is booked online please give an option to have breakfast we where under the impression we'd have it but because we booked online we didn't get to eat breakfast at the hotel

The staffs are nice. The cleaners are kind. The place is near the supermarket and is easy approached by bus.

I couldnt open the room at 23:00 I forgot the card and bring the not- activated card. I called the hotline twice and they told me to wait. I have to wait until the next morning and I have to go directly at the reception to solve the problem. luckily, my friend helped me to have to place in another room.

The rooms were very spacious and the staff were friendly :)

The only thing I would like more is if the reception staff were available for more hours in the day for convenience :)

Really good sized rooms, very clean and comfortable. I hadn't booked breakfast in advance but opted to go for it when offered at checkin (€5 per person, very good value!) I booked it for one night as a rest stop when travelling between Venice and Innsbruck and was thoroughly impressed.

The hotel is very good and my night of staying there was very tranquilze n I recommend it because it’s clean the staff are polite n the hotel is clean they even have a garage below for parking your car I give them 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff was very friendly and useful always answering our questions with a smile. The rooms were big and clean. The rooms are quiet

The location is not very charming, it is convenient though, less than 10 minutes by car from the city center and convenient if someone needs to travel.

When we were still on the motorway a receptionist from the hotel called and asked about our Expected Time of Arrival (ETA). I said midnight (24.00) and when we indeed arrived at that time the receptionist (or his collegue on duty) was waiting for us at the door. Courteous and professional service. Hotel understaffed after pandemic. The night receptionist was also a breakfast waiter. We arrived at breakfast restaurant only 30 min. before closing, but when I asked for a few slices of prosciutto and hard cheese for children - it was served in no time at all. Plenty of food to eat, also youghurt, sweet buns, natural fruit juices (not diluted) Very ample room, high ceiling - a lot of air to breathe.

The only snag I can find about this hotel is distance of 3 km away from the downtown of Vicenca - but there is good bus service - every 30 min. My grade is 8 out of 10 and very good value for money. I can whole-heartedly recommend this hotel :) I would improve 2 things in the bathroom: 1) change the place of toilet paper holder - now it is at the height of my right hand side elbow. I cannot reach it with my right hand, and with my left hand it is extremely difficult. 2) Despite using fancy fixtures and porcelain (Ideal Standard) the porcelain basin in the shower cubicle, despite antislip design, is slippery at the water outflow. Be careful not to trod on it when you are leaving the shower!

The hotel room was wide and clean, the bed was great, the bathroom big and clean. Breakfast was good, but the waiter a bit impolite.

I don't understand why they don't have staff on Sunday morning to take care of the tables. The hotel was far from the centre, and after 8-8.30 pm there is no bus connection anymore, so one is forced to take a taxi. Maybe a shuttle could be considered by the structure.

Large room. Some sockets are modified to EU-plugs. Free parking near hotel and paid garage for 3 eur per night.

WiFi didn't work. Paid late chek-in. Need some renovatioin.

Spacious room and bathroom plus a small kitchen. It was a pleasant surprise after most of the small hotel rooms on our Italy trip.

The front desk wasn’t staffed often.
