Best Western Hotel Goldenmile Milan

The hotel is conveniently located next to the highway and has a large free parking. Staff is friendly and attentive. Very good breakfast, with a large choice of food and fresh fruit. The staff at the breakfast was very friendly and attentive. For late arrivals there's a good restaurant approx. 100 meter down the road.

It was warm inside the room and the airconditioner didn't work. With the help of Karim from the front desk this was solved quickly.

What a delightful surprise! In this really uncharming area of the grey Milano banlieue, this hotel is a pearl. Modern, clean, welcoming, and I really couldnt find a fault! The mattress was really the best, wide choice of pillows (and more choice if needed), superclean and wide offer of toileteries. Be sure to hit the breakfast room, it'll surprise you with a 5 star choice and perfect service. And, last but not least, travelling with spouse and dog, a "doggy kit" was waiting in the room for him! (soft dog bed + double bowl + poo bags + snacks). Really. Bravo!

Check in was quick and easy. We had a parking right in front of the hotel. The rooms were clean and warm. Wifi was good. We only stayed one night because we were travelling. Therefore the hotel was nice. Some restaurants are in walking distance. The hotel is in a kind of industrial area with shopping malls and lots of traffic. No sightseeing here. You need your car if you want to go to the tourist attractions in this area.

For the price we paid I wished that the breakfast was included. We did not want to pay 10 Euro per person in addition to have breakfast because in Italian hotels you never know how breakfast looks like. The area is not very nice. You definitely need your car or public transportation to go to Milan city.

Spacious room, comfortable beds. Helpful staff especially the young man who checked us in and advised us about public transport. We were able to purchase bus/train tickets at reception also. Bus stop right outside and connects with metro to go to Duomo. Spa pool and steam room also. Very relaxing after sightseeing. Reasonably priced restaurant food available in evenings (and breakfast). Underground parking available.

The breakfast spread was very good; ranging from cereal to pancakes to cappucino-on-request. The location was very convenient, the hotel literally located at after the exit from autostrada.

The room cooling/heating could be set by the guest as per their preferences and not centrally controlled which is inconvenient at times.

it‘s not sound proof, very noisy (you can litterally hear people normaly talking in the other rooms), hair left on the floor after cleaning, they don‘t bring you toilet paper regullary, the elevator don‘t work sometimes

Area only good if you want to travel on with a car which is why we booked! quite industrial but still some good facilities around like a supermarket and nice restaurant.

It was exactly as its described. The staff were very friendly and very close walk to the shops and local restaurant. It's also outside local bus stop. The bathroom was very clean and very comfortable.

The restaurant did not serve lunch at the time specified by the hotel.

Everything was fine. Excellent service and facilities. Car park ok. Room very good, tidy and full of sun light
