The location is excellent because you are near the train station that goes to Napoli and you are also near the beach, a lot of nice restaurants and at 10 min walk from the nice city center. At the beginning we had a bad experience in the smallest room in which we stayed only 1 night but the owner was really nice and did a good gesture to allow us to stay the 2 other nights in the biggest room that was excellent.
Originally we were staying at the smallest room, the roof is really low (1m85/86), there is no window so the smell of humidity was horrible and it wasn’t really clean.

The B&B is ideally situated just in front of the Cappuccini railway station (Cumaline from Napoli Montesanto) in a quiet street and 1min walking distance from the waterfront (Lunghimare) with its bars and restaurants and 10min walk from the historical city centre with its pedestrian area, archaeological sites (temple, ancient city, 3rd biggest amphitheatre) and bars and restaurants. The B&B has a big living room with the spa at ground level and the spacy bedroom at the first floor. It is very well equipped. It is in the quiet and nice patio. The host was very friendly and helpful. He contacted us in order to welcome us at our individual arrival time and alerted us on traffic restrictions due to the Giro di Italia passage at Pozzuoli the day of our arrival. A variety of drinks and sweets was at our disposal in the B&B.

It's basically a garage. One shower was enough to flood the studio. No air without the super noisy fan. Impossible to sleep

The "room" was basically a small damp basement. Did not match the description nor most of the photos.. no windows..ceiling was no higher thar 185cm.. the smell was wierd.. the AC made a lot of noise and obviously had to be turned on always.. no fan available.. toilets had no toilet seat.. if you are hiding from someone this might be the room for you.. but otherwise very disappointing..
