Nice hotel outside of Napels. On top of a hill a 15 min walk from treinstation (there is an elevator to go up and down the hill so don't worry about that) It's a quiet surrounding and there is a very nice and big pool. A restaurant in the hotel and 1 minute walk a good (and busy) pizzeria (take away) Train to center of Naples 1.50 euro and takes about 25 minutes (partly underground). To Pompeii (destination Pompeï Scavi) it takes 75 minutes by train (1 train change and short bus transfer... instead of the bus part you can do a 20 min walk to the escavation) (Tip: use the Trenitalia app to book your train tickets and check-in. Ofcourse you can buy your ticket at a machine on the station as well)

everything was perfect apart for 2 small incidents. because of this they only get a 9/10: 1:at our first dinner we asked for a plate of fresh fruit from the menu, all was good apart from the watermelon which was spoiled. 2 during breakfast the peaches in juicy were also spoiled and was early in the morning. haven’t tried to order it another time to see if that was a one off or not. i also haven’t mentioned that to the staff either. but it being a 4 start they should have checked it. all speaking was a very pleasant stay very enjoyable, i would definitely rebook it if i come to naples ever again and i would also recommend it

The hotel is very beautiful. In general, the staff were very polite (with the exception of a woman at reception. I saw her treating one of the staff very rudely). Breakfast was good, but after 9:20 there wasn't much left. The cleaning service was impeccable. Good pool area.

The hotel is located further away from the tourist area of the city. Check-out time should be noon, not 11am. Restaurant with high prices and regular food. There is no gym.

The hotel was so beautiful, the pool was great, all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned everyday and aircon was the best we had in Italy. Breakfast was also delicious, staff will make you a cappuccino if you ask :)

The hotel was miles away from anything, it cost us a lot in taxis to get to the main docks for excursions, or to find restaurants. Such a nice hotel but the location let it down for us. It's the perfect hotel if all you want to do is sit by the pool all day as the food they serve for lunch and dinner was wonderful, but for us who wanted to visit Pompeii, Amalfi, etc.... it cost a lot in taxis to get to anything so was slightly disappointed as our last day we had to settle for a pool day. Even the closest beaches were about 36 minute walk, and being in the extreme heatwave unfortunately was too far too walk to.

A large spreadout hotel with lovely outdoor seating areas, large pool with plenty of sunchairs and sunbeds. Evening meal was excellent as was breakfast. You could get lunch at the pool ranging from salads to cheese toasties. Room was a duplex with twin beds below with a full bathroom and a double bed upstairs with a smaller bathroom - all very clean with good aircon. Staff were very accommodating about late check out before our evening flight.

Pool was quite cold and you have to wear silly cotton hats/swim hats which seemed pointless. Our rooms were a long way away from the restaurant/pool using long corridors and two lifts. The area the hotel is situated didn't seem that nice but the hotel is set back up a long drive so it didn't matter.

The pool area was amazing, room was spacious, bed was comfortable and staff very nice.

The location is a bit hard to reach without a car. It's situated beautifully, just make sure to have a car or taxi. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Restaurant food was pricey and again, nothing special.

The food was lovely and great choices for breakfast. Dinner was very good but the same (smallish) menu for the stay. The location was slightly outside the city centre and up on a hill. Lovely views. The bed was amazing!

Perhaps longer pool times. Also the phone was not working at all and the kettle worked intermittently. I had requested a wheelchair accessible room but this was a standard room with narrow doors and a bathtub rather than a accessible shower.

The views at every corner of the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The area was nice and quiet even though it was near the stadium. The other plus was the pizza place around the corner was delicious & economical. We loved it and would stay again.

The only thing missing was the use of the pool. We traveled in May and the weather was so nice we would have enjoyed sitting by the pool. We were not fans of the dinner there but breakfast was great!

The beds were very comfortable and The breakfast had amazing fresh fruit and lots of choices. Really important was that all the staff were super friendly. The location is easy to access the main highway to Napoli center..

It is normal in Italy to have strict rules for swimming pools. Here you need to where a local hair cap which everyone buys at the pool bar. Sometimes you can smell some sewer air by the pool so choose your spot by the pool well.

The breakfasts were fresh and lots of choice. I also loves the restaurant, very tasty authentic Italian dishes and there were vegetarian options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was very well kept with lots of sun beds. The pool was spacious and the bar was lovely, with lots of drinks and lunch options. The room was also very clean and comfortable. The bed was soft, the bathroom had a good shower and the room was air conditioned. We had a lovely personal garden area with a table and chairs. The room also had a mini fridge which was useful for keeping bottles of water in. The restaurant was delicious and so was the daily breakfasts! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel for those who want a relaxing stay.

The restaurants nearby the hotel weren’t that great, but the hotel itself had delicious food and the train to Naples is only a 5 min walk away. the train only takes 15 mins, so you could eat in the hotel or take the train to Naples each night.
