Online check-in was very convenient because we arrived late by train from the airport. Super good location, close to the railway station and all attractions can be reached on foot. Good breakfast, big selection, lots of different fruits. The breakfast staff are very friendly and kind. There is everything you need in the common kitchen, which is for to all the rooms.

The towels had a very strong smell of detergent, the towels were on the bed and the whole room had this strong smell. It was a bit noisy, because our room had a window to the street, where there was intense traffic and a tram. But it's inevitable if you want to stay in the city center :)

The women that served breakfast and maintained the rooms saved the visit for us. They worked tirelessly. Their attitudes and willingness to make everything as good as possible was commendable.

The building itself, the severely cramped bathroom with multi level floor was a nightmare to navigate. Although some of the bedrooms don't have a bathroom in the room at all. I guess we were lucky. The shower doors didn't close and the shower wall tiles were popping off the wall.

The address of the property is very confusing.

the room is cozy and good day light. the bed is huge for two people. the price includes the breakfast. the self check in making things super easy if you arrive late(that’s what we were concerning) 10000% recommanded

the area is a bit doggy because it’s close to the train station. it’s super close like 2mins walk. other than that, everything is so good. my partner and I are satisfied this hotel and would definitely recommend to people who come to Palermo.

the rooms are very close to the dining room, so I could actually hear people talking outside my room when breakfast was served. the location is not the best in terms of walking at night. the streets are quite empty and dirty. but the proximity to the train station is really convenient.

Friendly and kind staff, well-located and close to the train/bus station. Francesco and his team was really nice and supportive. Room was clean and breakfast met our needs. Transfer services to the airport all good too. Sergio was punctual and kind. Thanks a lot!

Just an advice: If you are bringing heavy luggages just be aware the rooms are on the second floor (4 flights of stairs). In general I strongly recommend Room & Breakfast Zero.

Location was excellent within walking distance of city centre. Room spacious ,clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Nadia was an excellent host, carrying our baggage and accommodating us with early breakfast on the morning of departure. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a bit of difficulty with accessing our room but Nadia arrived to help with this when we called the help number.

We really liked this b&b. Everything was neat, the staff was very nice and helpful, the location was great and breakfast was extensive. It was a birthday present for my boyfriend so I asked if they could add some kind of decoration to the room. Francesca took care of it by decorating the room with balloons and set out prosecco and a cake. She only calculated a small amount extra for the purchase. Very sweet and thoughtful.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

The starff was really kind and nice, we received also fabulous breakfast. Also the location is great, very near the train station, metro, the local market, street corner. Really nice and I totally recommend choosing this stay, I will come back if traveling to Palermo.

Streets can be a bit dangerous at night, but this is everywhere in Palermo. Stay safe and pay attention while in Italy. All good, regarding our stay.

This cute property has wonderful staff, great breakfast and a super comfortable bed.

The area around the B&B is rundown but the train/bus/tram are right across the street making it easy to access transportation. The shower was really small but functional.
