Hotel Manzoni Wellness&Spa

It was near lots of lovely restaurants & bars .The Pool was also really nice . The Spa was really nice too.

We’re our room was near the Spa the lift was so tiny and didn’t smell good at all Walked the two flights of Stairs I suppose because it was booking.Com They keep that side of the hotel for them because of the price would love to see the other side next time ❤️ Felt the bathroom next to the Pool didn’t have hand wash or anything To dry your hands with thought that Was very poor .

Centrally located in Montecatini,so close to everything. And peace and quiet in a city centre,so lovely. All staff interactions were really special, genuine and courteous in all our dealings. Breakfast buffet was excellent, nice mix of fresh and cooked, fresh fruit selection was excellent.

Bed comfort was fairly good,but all the pillows were too big for comfort,woke several times with pain in my neck and shoulders,not good. Parking access at the hotel location.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the park and spa and only a few mins from station and town centre. The included breakfast was very enjoyable. Staff were polite and helpful Also, the town is a great place if you need to relax. .

The hotel took lots of school groups which is fine but they put them next to individual guest's rooms, so there was continuous slamming of doors, sometimes till well after 11pm.

I loved everything about this hotel .Sorry to leave it.l.Food was excellent Staff was so helpful and they gave me a bike to go around the park on.So easy to get to from montecatini centro and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Also short walk to cart to go up to montecatini alto. Would certainly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The pool, the location and the restaurant/bar staff

The beds were quite hard, the menu wasn’t to our taste, manly seafood and or fish. Also had rabbit stew, tripe - I would have expected ted better from a 4 star but when I mentioned this to staff they were great and said if I didn’t like anything to let them know and they would could something else for me

The hotel is located in a good location. The staff is friendly.

The pool is small and if a few people come, it gets crowded. The spa center is poorly organized and there is no privacy. The hotel needs renovation. The breakfast is the same every day.

It was well located. And the pool, although tiny was perfectly formed. Also the bar staff were very friendly and happy to oblige

The air conditioning wasn’t the most powerful so even with it on the room was still very warm. And the corridors were not air conditioned so stepping out of your room was 🥵

Some more variety at breakfast, such as different cheeses and breads, different fruits and fruit juices. More fruit, such as mixed berries would have been nice.

I love this hotel for its location. They are very welcoming. Great base for touring Tuscany and very good value for money. We stayed on B&B basis so we could sample local cuisine.

There was nothing I didn’t like. It’s a small friendly hotel and the staff are lovely.

Nicely situated hotel in the center of the charming town. Good swimming pool outdoors. Very kind staff. The best rooms are with the balcony.

Some wider choice for breakfast. More fish and more salads. The dinner rate is rather expensive for one person.
