I don't know why people put bad reviews, that hotel was great and staff too. Sending them my love and appreciation

The breakfast was exceptional - with tiered plates providing a really good selection of salmon, fruit, cheeses and meats.

We were initially allocated a suite on the 4th floor that lacked light and felt a little oppressive - we asked to be moved and this was done with our hesitation to a wonderful room on the first floor

The location of the hotel is great, the staff is warm and professional, and the overall design of the rooms is excellent. The bed is large and comfortable to sleep in！

The toilet is not equipped with exhaust fans and ventilation facilities, which also makes it difficult for the toilet to discharge water mist from the room after taking a shower. The room's air conditioning system works inefficiently and we hope it can be improved in the future. There are only three lights in the rooms except for the toilets, it means the room is lacking illumination.

A modern boutique hotel with comfortable rooms, beds and close to Metro and train station. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and a great "cake stand" with meats, cheeses and fruit served to every table as well as a large choice of cakes, pastries, cereals, bacon, eggs etc from the buffet table. We stayed in a junior suite and there was a dressing room area big enough to hang all clothes and keep cases etc. loved this as kept everything out of the way while staying jr 4 nights and therefore not unpacking completely.

The breakfast could be busy at certain times which meant sometimes waiting a bit for red, coffees etc but the staff were very attentive and worked hard to nature everyone had what they wanted.

Lots of competition in the area but this hotel stands out.The location for Milano Centrale can't be beat - it's a short walk from the station but also very quiet (at least in August when the nearby restaurants were closed) and a good starting point to explore the city. Don't miss the Bosco Verticale and the BAM Tree Library right next door. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally helpful, as others have commented. Everything in the room worked perfectly, including the air conditioning on a hot day. Bonus for opening windows, which helps with natural ventilation, and allowing guests to use the stairs. I would definitely stay here again!

Ironically, for a design hotel the room felt dark and cold (color palette-wise) and the set-up a bit strange with diagonal bed. Slightly annoying wi-fi login process.

It's a truly beautiful hotel. The breakfast was amazing and so was the staff, and the rooms are spacious and clean & decorated beautifully.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom (of one of the rooms). The hotel is aware of it and trying to resolve the problem. The beds could use more blankets and feather pillows would be a plus, especially for a 4+ star hotel.

2 doors between the bed and the corridor door – still many hotels forget it, while it has strong impact on noise isolation! Very spacious room(s actually). 5 stars breakfast selection, with 5 stars service. You can see on the map that its locations is very good: more underground stations nearby, easily accesible by car, parking lot is very close, relatively close to the center. Teamaking facility in the room.

Be careful, not all GPS software can find the address! (luckily we had at least one, which was good enough :D) I would recommend a new task for the maids checklists..: check the tablet of the room; it woke us up at 7 a.m. in the morning.. the previous guest was very funny.. Registration wifi.

staff’s were great and helpful. Room and public area were clean. All supplies were quality products. Five minutes walk to Metro station and 15 minutes walk to Central station. There are number of great local restaurants nearby. We extended our stay to one week. We took Metro and Trains everyday. The hotel isn’t at a major street, it is very quiet, no traffic noice during night time. if you have a choice between Deluxe and Suite with little cost difference, the suite is much comfortable.

Nothing negative.

This was an above and beyond Hotel! From the staff to the breakfast, the décor, the comfort of the room and the neighborhood feel. I would visit again and recommend to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

Depending on when we came down to breakfast there wasn't always enough seating. This didn't impact my family but I noticed other people waiting for a seat.

room was very spacious, nicely decorated and fully equipped. bed linen was particularly comfortable. the lobby lounge/bar is comfortable and inviting , although a little small. The breakfast was also lovely although more egg options eg Omlette or poached would have been appreciated. cocktails at the bar were also good.

the location is a bit odd , as the hotel is on a seemingly dodgy looking street but yet very close to nicer streets with a variety of good restaurants on them. as a 5 star hotel , the hotel should offer a full restaurant serving breakfast lunch and dinner to its guests.
