Oasi Hotel

Generous and varied breakfast. Wonderfully helpful staff, nothing too difficult. Good location within walking distance of the station, even with luggage and within the city centre close to restaurants. Great happy hour, cheap and with copious appetisers. The room was cooled for our arrival. It was great to get away from the towns of the Cinque Terre since they were so crowded and go back each afternoon to peaceful Levanto.

Possibly the room air con will struggle if the outside temperatures get any higher. We were there in early July. The shower cubicle would be a little too tight for a large person.

Parking is just fantastic in a very safe garage underneath the hotel. Staff is super kind, available and helpful and speak very good English, special thanks to Patrizia who welcomed us with an amazing smile and all information possible and we immediately made a reservation for an extra room. Great candies at the reception 🙃 Room is nothing fancy but clean with free Netflix access and easy access to YouTube. Very good breakfast. the hotel is 5 min walk to the train station, easy walk to the station. Hotel super close to the beach and restaurant.

This hotel uses special artistic letters and not numbers to indicate the rooms, the letter of our room was flipped and we were not able to recognize the room,Patrizia was super nice to come to show us the room, if you arrive to the hotel out of the reception hours make sure you get the precise indication of your room. Be careful when you get out from the shower, to not hit your feet. It happened to me and it is painful.

Very warm welcome, helpful and thoughtful host. I really liked the vibe of the hotel, up to date, colorful, cosy. I felt straight at home. Nice bathroom, and overall just very pleasant room itself. Enough space, you can control the temperature. Its close to the train station and a small supermarket. Which is convenient if you don't have a car. You can easily walk to the beach / center of the town. But don't have nightlife noise.

I loved it so much and would've stayed longer if it weren't for bad acoustics I am really sensitive to sound, so maybe it bothers me more than average.

We chose this hotel because we had a car and wanted to do Cinq Terre. It was close to the train station and in a village. Walking distance to bars, shops and restaurants. A very safe area. All the staff were excellent. 8 euro for breakfast was well worth it. Rooms a were comfy and free Netflix which is great when you are an Australian in Italy who doesn’t speak the language. Would stay here again. Parking under the hotel is secure and there is a lift.

It was a little hard to find. Getting into the driveway for the parking a little challenging

The staff is superb helpful, informative and very obliging. The hotel is located centrally in the town which is fantastic. If you travel by car and you need a parking spot they even have a parking garage (space is limited and it costs additional). In case that there is no parking garage you can still park it outside (not for free). You can go to the supermarket in just 2 minutes, nearby you find bars and restaurants. The beach is only 5 minutes away by foot. Basically, you find most items, food, services nearby. The room was always super cleaned. The breakfast was lovely and they even offered organic food (obviously not everything) and beverages which in my opinion a plus and full stop. You can really see the love which has been given to that accommodation. The windows are well isolated. There was an air conditioner which worked. The room was normal size. The accommodation had a state of the art room. Just a little detail which I love when this is thought through for the guest. There was already a towel ready to be used for the beach, such details are awesome. I can absolutely recommend with peace of mind this hotel to any of my friends and family members. A clear thumb up!

Very helpful stuff, most of whom speak fluent English. No problem with parking as now they offer other options if their underground parking lot isn't suitable for the car. A variety of choices for breakfast, free mobile phone for you to use, beach towels, hair conditioner, bikes available.

Not quite clear on which part of the breakfast is self-service and which one need to request, but it's due to Covid measurres, so it's fine. A bit of noise from the pipes in the wall when the bathroom in the next room is being used. It quiets down in a minute, but that's why I only gave 9/10

Nice and comfortable hotel, close to the city center and also the train station. It was a great base for visiting Cinque Terre and Portofino. Also the staff provided all the information regarding the trains and visiting Cinque Terre from the beginning. They ofer parking which was a big plus for us.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English, making my attempts at Italian unnecessary! The incredible range of delicious foods on offer for breakfast were particularly enjoyed - thank you!

The room letters on the doors are not clear to understand, a very minor point.

Location was great. (5 min walk to beach) Cute, fun boutique hotel with brightly colored decor & motivational signs. Breakfast was great. Could order eggs with salmon or bacon as well as good selection of pastries & bread.

Really nice sitting lounges outside great helpful staff, they even offer you a cell with a sim so you can use during your stay
