Nikis resort was exceptional in every aspect. Sitting outside eating the incredible food and watching the sun set on the Umbrian hills is an experience that we will never forget. The staff were brilliant, they were kind and helpful. Constantly went out of their way to ensure we had the very best time. The room was beautiful and felt authentic to the area. The restaurant was located in a stunning restored church! With the most wonderful chef, who produced some of the best food we've ever had! The owner was outstanding, he really elevated the whole experience with his charisma and knowledge.

Niki’s Resort is BEAUTIFUL! Overlooking the Tuscan countryside, the views were amazing (don’t miss sunset), the rooms were gracious and immaculate, and the food was the best we had during our entire trip. Breakfast every day was a lovely buffet of pastries, meats, cheeses, fruits, and cappuccino! Lunch on the veranda was delicious as well. Dinner was EXCEPTIONAL! We ate dinner two nights, and both meals were incredible. The pasta with veal reduction and truffles, lasagna, spicey chicken, and tiramisu were outstanding. Our whole experience was one of our favorites.

This is not something I didn’t like; you just need to know ahead of time. You definitely need to have your own car here. We realized this too late but were able to get one in Perugia. Niki’s is out in the country, which was like home for us, but if you want to venture out during the day, you need your own transport.

Our family had an unforgettable stay at Nikis Resort in June 2023. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a truly breathtaking setting. The natural beauty of the resort's location left us in awe, with stunning views that created a sense of peace and relaxation. The accommodations at Nikis Resort were nothing short of exceptional. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and provided all the comforts we could have asked for. The attention to detail in the room's design and decor was remarkable, creating an inviting and luxurious atmosphere for our family. The resort's amenities were outstanding. The swimming pool area was a favorite spot for us where we spent hours enjoying the refreshing water and the sun loungers provided. The on-site restaurant exceeded our expectations, serving delectable dishes made from fresh and locally sourced ingredients. The attentive and friendly staff ensured that our dining experience was always memorable. One aspect that stood out was the exceptional level of service we received throughout our stay. The staff at Nikis Resort went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to our every need. Their genuine care and attention to detail truly made a difference and enhanced our overall experience. Additionally, the resort offers various activities and excursions, allowing guests to explore the natural beauty of the surrounding area. From hiking trails to cultural tours, there was something for everyone in the family to enjoy. We cannot recommend Nikis Resort enough. It is a true gem that offers a perfect blend of luxury, tranquility, and attentive service. Our family retreat here was truly unforgettable, and we are already planning our next visit.

From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome at Nikis’ Resort. The staff is exceptionally friendly and we could have lunch or spend some time at the pool even though our room was not ready yet (we were early). The b&b buildings and property is just “wauw”. Breath taking. Perfect to relax from busy life. The food here was amazing as they offer breakfast with so many choices (more than other b&bs in Italy typically) and it was delicious. Same goes for lunch and dinner: the chef deserves a reward! We ate the best carbonara of our lives here. Matteo, the owner of the b&b, personally made sure every guest feels at ease and you can really feel his vision coming true of what he wants the b&b to be. Always ready to help or answer questions, just as everyone else of the staff. The room was incredible, we had an upstairs bed&bathroom and kind of living room downstairs. It was beautifully renovated and really clean. We felt at home here. Also important: good mattress, which also doesn’t seem like a giving in Italy. As mentioned before, the property is gorgeous, and also serves as a wedding venue with space for people to stay. I cannot think of a more dreamy location for a wedding if you’d wanna do it abroad. Matteo and staff, you’re doing great! Keep up the good work.

This was the best performance ever . I have travelled the world for more than 20 years . For each stay , it was possible to find something not perfect, at least the price for the value . At Nikis resort , everything has been perfect . The splendid room , diner with their new chef was exceptional, breakfast , staff , equipment, cleanless , ....in short perfect . When I read that customers complain because they find that diner is expensive, neighbours speaking too loud , the road to reach the hotel being rather poor ,etc...I do think this is very unfair. They do not realize the amount of work that has been done by team. They did start from scratch. Congratulations to Matteo . This is a great success to me . For sure, he is expecting to do even better in the near future. Team works in a very professional way. Be fair and do not over react if there is a little concern, most of the time which is not relating to the team or equipment . For the price how many hotels, B&B,etc...can offer such performance ? A must go !!!!! Bravo

The property and rooms were stunning! We were welcomed by the owner when we arrived who gave us a full background about the hotel. The views, the restoration of the church and all the rooms were gorgeous. We had a free room upgrade to their best room which was so lovely. We ate at the restaurant the evening we stayed and we’re floored by the quality and taste of the tasting menu and wine. After dinner the owner drove us in the golf buggy up to the spa where we had an hour in the jacuzzi under the stars before the owner came to pick us up an hour later at midnight. Would highly recommend staying here!

Very nice breakfast setting in the old Church with great Italian options (brioche, cakes, croissants etc) as well as American/Australian/British style options (e.g. scrambled eggs on toast etc). We really enjoyed relaxing and having a long breakfast each day.

Perhaps a bit silly by us, but we dragged our suitcases down the gravel path to reception, to only have them then loaded on a buggy and taken to our room. I would recommend that the property recommends on check-in that guests leave their bags in their car and do check in first, so the bags can be taken from the car to the relevant room. On one night we had dinner at the restaurant which was a very nice meal. It was raining quite heavily and it would have been nice if the property sent the buggy to collect the guests for dinner. We probably could have called and arranged this but being a Resort we were expecting gestures like this from the property.

What a beautiful location to stop and relax from the busy travelling and sight seeing. My husband enjoyed a horse ride and swimming in the pool. We were upgraded for our stay, and the room was amazing with awesome views and privacy. It is a far distance away from the towns, but is just magical. Amazing breakfast provided. Very helpful staff.

It was great to have the restaurant on site, but we did find it very expensive compared to other restaurants that we have eaten in, the food was great, but the portions very very small.

The resort locates in a stunning landscape and it was a memorable experience to stay there. The intriguing history behind its restaurant, which was an old church, and its transformation into a restaurant added a unique and charming ambience. The preservation of the original architecture, combined with contemporary elements, created an enchanting atmosphere. The food and wines served at the restaurant were wonderful. We particularly enjoy the dining experience in the alfresco setting.

Despite the stuff being always keen to provide the customer with the best possible service, offering rides to the different places of the resort (really appreciated), it was not so easy moving and reaching some places with the stroller (newborn), e.g. steep slopes with little stones. Nikis Resort is already at an excellent level, by improving on that side it will reach the top!
