Hotel Franz

Our brief stay at Hotel Franz was absolutely lovely. The staff was super attentive and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The room was spacious, modern and fitted our needs spectacularly. The breakfast (€8) was a great deal and very delicious. The pool and outdoor areas were well maintained. The lunch we had brought to our room was tasty and we paid a fair price. Overall we had a great stay at Hotel Franz and would definitely stay again!

Eccezionale! The staff were very kind and welcoming. The food in the restaurant was delicious and included an amazing selection of local product all explained by Bruno - a brilliant waiter / host. Highly recommend the local wines on offer at the hotel too. Hotel itself has great facilities, rooms very comfortable and spacious and the pool area is very stylish and a great place to chill and get work done. I will definitely be returning the next time I am in the Trieste area. Grazie di cuore Hotel Franz

Very good breakfast for low price, goods location, big parking in front of the hotel. During the night it was noisy from the traffic. According to photos on booking we expected sauna as facility but it turned out that sauna is in some rooms, they kindly offered us possibility to change the room type to one with sauna for higher price.

Everything looks new. Clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great private parking. We arrived in the evening and had lunch in their restaurant and the food was delicious. Good location for a walk through the city center. We received a free room upgrade to a large room on the garden side.

Windows could isolate outside noise better. We turned off the ventilation system because it was making a loud noise when automatically starting.

The rooms were a 10/10: quiet, big, clean and modern. Just entering the room was a good feeling because of how clean it smelled. The staff were so nice to upgrade our room to a bigger room with view and also made sure that we had everything for our big journey home.

Spacious and clean room, friendly staff, very nice pool area. Fantastic breakfast with great coffee which you can also have outside on the terrace. Many parking spaces. Was our second time here.

Doors need a brake system - the neighbours kept slamming it. Dinner took a very long time when ordering from the menu. Nevertheless still a 10 rating.

Comfortable bed

Not enough towels, not enough soaps nor shampoos, expensive in general. Pool is working only some ridiculous early hours instead of in the evening or during the day like expected. Breakfast not included in already expensive price

Very welcoming and friendly staff. The lady at the reception was extremely kind and polite. The bed was comfortable, clean room and overall a very nice hotel. We stayed just 1 night and definetely would love to come again.

We liked everything.

The rooms bed was really really comfy and pillows were perfect. Hotels staff were kind and helpfull and always smiling when we saw them. Pool was really clean. We really recomend this hotel to everyone

Great breakfast . Excellent coffees. The food in restaurant is exquisite. The staff is very friendly and professional. Trieste airport is 4 km awa, which is very convenient.
