Great location, lovely restaurants, friendly staff

The air conditioning repeatedly failed and the staff, while friendly, never adequately responded to the issue. Opening the windows in our room made it difficult to sleep--given the location of the hotel, close to restaurants and clubs, there is a lot of noise late into the night. There are also mosquitoes. We were faced with a choice of closing the windows (the room was then 25C and suffocatingly hot) or opening windows, allowing rain, noise, and bugs in. Shouldn't have to face such a choice in a 4-star hotel spending 400+ euros per night.

Restaurant was amazing. Must try angus beef with the special sos. Pool was nice and clean. Room was great and big, with nice air conditioning which is good for summer heat! Wine was great.

- We felt like the lunch is always a problem at the location. We'd prefer having lunch at the same restaurant a la carte rather then going through garda to find a place. We failed to find a good place so far. - Pool food (also lunch related) was poor quality, pizza was frozen microwaved one, sandwiches were packed ones. - Burger was also the frozen type.

it was wonderful stay in Garda. The hotel has everything for great holiday - location in the centre next to the lake, easy private free parking, comfortable rooms, wonderful staff, restaurants - dinners and breakfasts were great, sun bath place with a bar…. events! we listened to the wonderful concert in the hotel. We will be happy to stay there again 😍

Nothing to complain

it was so clean and well maintained and the rooms were beautiful. The service was amazing and all the staff were courteous and welcoming. Everyone we met went out of their way to be welcoming. The breakfast was of a superior quality and was especially creatively presented. The waiters were so attentive and I’ve never received such first class attention. I will definitely return.

Absolutely amazing family owned hotel in an incredible location in Garda. Staff were welcoming from the moment we arrived and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The food way exceeded our expectations, the room was spacious and clean and our 2 boys loved both the inside and outside pools. And the spa….wow. We hope to return one day.

The rooms were beautiful and the bathroom exquisite. The robes and slippers were a treat and so were the bathroom goodies with high quality products. The Hotel felt like true luxury from the reception to the restaurant and this was our second delightful visit. A perfect location next to the town too.

There wasn’t anything I disliked about this Hotel

If you get past the price the hotel is nice. The breakfast is excellent. Great location in Garda. They provide shampoo and body soap. Quite setting at night. The air conditioning is powerful enough to keep you cool even on 85 degree sunny days. The pool is large and surrounding area is very well maintained. The indoor pool is a great addition. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The cleaning crew cleaned the room twice a day.

Double parking in parking lot, not enough parking. Expensive rooms, expensive drinks, even more expensive dinners. Especially for a family of 4 with the need for 2 rooms.

Where do I start - lovely helpful staff who went above and beyond - facilities were great, beautiful pool, rooms super comfortable and well equipped and a 30 second walk from the end of the bay - perfect location for our silver wedding celebrations!
