The staff were superb. Signor Luciano went out of his way to make me feel welcome when I arrived after midnight, and the Signora in charge of breakfast was also friendly, helpful and put on a fine spread of interesting foods. The location, right by the lake is hard to beat. Ask for a room with a lake view if you can. It was excellent value for Lake Garda, even in March.
They have clearly paid a lot of attention to detail and design. However, there were a few appliances in the room (phone,, alarms...) with lights which couldn't be turned off, which might annoy a light sleeper.

Amazing hotel! Absolutely gorgeous interior and the room was epic! Loved the balcony! Breakfast was lovely as well!
The hotel itself is amazing but it’s situated in a genuinely crappy coastal area of the lake. I had to drive one hour to get to the old town because there were no taxis. Very sad that such an amazing hotel is situated in the middle of nowhere.
