We had a delightful month-long stay at this hotel, and it is a gem that exceeded our every expectation. Ideally situated amidst the stunning Dolomites, it provided easy access to the region's attractions - most within an hour's drive, bike ride, or even a leisurely walk. The hotel's design was meticulous, making our stay with two young infants a breeze. Furthermore, a well-equipped supermarket in the vicinity added convenience to our stay. The staff deserves special mention for their extraordinary service and dedication. The ample parking was a significant plus. We cannot wait to revisit and relive our fantastic experience.

The location is wonderful, as it is right in the center of Bozen. Street parking around the block is difficult, so using the offered Garage is highly recommended (even if the 25€/day is on the pricey side)

For some reason that we couldn't fully figure out, all 3 of us slept poorly that one night we stayed in the apartment. It's not the noise (while the apartment looks directly down at the alley, all windows are nearly sound-proof), the temperature (which was comfortable), or the beds (slightly on the soft side, but roomy and fairly good). Our best guess is that the air was either very stale because of poor ventilation, or because previous guests brought pets that we hadn't been told about. All 3 of us woke up with blocked noses in the morning.

The location is right in the middle of the city and is a perfect place to settle and explore the town. We chose this hotel because of the location but also because it comes with a very good parking garage. We were able to easily come and go to the city and to explore other areas. The self/online check-in was strange at first, but it was actually very convenient; you can just go directly from the garage to the room without any hassle. The room itself was spacious and very clean and comes with all the required ammenities.

Did not have breakfast at hotel thought we did make our own which actually was wonderful given that a market was close by with fresh fruit and another with eggs, milk, butter & fresh rolls. Location was excellent, directly across fro the Otzi museum. Also, the parking garage was a delight - the car was safe & clearly not needed to see the city but easily accessible to drive to Schloss Runkelstein. One comment on the hotel: for the technology impaired it could & would be intimidating. Fortunately we were savvy enough to easily figure everything out - but we were surprised to see a human at the reception desk - we fully expected to be greeted by a friendly robot, perhaps R2D2. Thanks for the upgrade, would heartily recommend this Hotel to anyone!

Not a thing!…the young lady at the reception was excellent - however, a friendly robot would have completed the post modern milieu!

Very modern and really clean apartment, I like that you get a lot of kitchen stuff, microwave. center location is perfect in front off big supermarket. 15 minutes to central station, easy self check in and access with code.

I haven’t fully understood if they provide everyday cleaning or at least towels replacement, but we haven’t get anything like this during 4 nights stay, which is must have for this price from my view. No carpet on the floor and no slippers provided. There’s only one small piece of hard soap in the bathroom and no soap dish, so it’s very uncomfortable to use it, especially if you stay for many days. Two small pieces of shower gel, and as I told before, it seems that they don’t replace it every day from our experience. It’s also not clear how you supposed to wash your dishes, if you get room without washing machine (from provided instruction it seems that some rooms have it).

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was very easy and fast to get there, from the train station. The building itself and the room were extremly clean. Our room was huge and comfortable. Everything was new and the security and light system were smart (touchscreens for everything). The view from our room was amazing, we could see the mountains. The position is quite good as it is located it the historical center of the city and in the main street. Shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Even though it is located in a crowded area, the room was extremly quite and we did not hear anything from outside.

A minor thing: It would be nice to have a pair of slippers in the room.

The apartments are in the middle of the old town, which is perfect for exploring the city. The apartments are brand new and very clever built, extrememly comfortable beds (2m wide) and everything was extremely tidy!

The location of the apartment, in the middle of the old town in a narrow old street, means that it can be rather noisy during the night, when partying people pass by, but it was especially noisy in the morning, when the surrounding shops were preparing for their opening and received deliveries, etc. The gym is just a small room, with no windows and only a few gym machines.

I really liked the location, at very heart of Bolzano. Plus, you can reach the private underground parking without having to pass by the ZTL area. I loved the design of the apartments, very modern.

The apartments are very hi-tech and that’s good, but during our stay we experienced difficulties in using the induction hob, because the power would suddenly cut. Also the lights would sometimes automatically be turned off for no reason.

Its a brand new place just at the core of the city: we walked everywhere, had shops, bars and cafe at minutes, and still was very quiet during the night. The room is super modern, comfy bed and pillow, big bathroom with a great pressure shower, parking direct in the building. Super recommend!

While the room was for 3 people, there was only 2 towels sets. I whatsapped the number, as instructed, and never got an answer. In the end was not a big deal as we managed with the existing towel set, but it was really the only low side.

Lovely clean bright apartment, comfy beds, super bathroom and lovely staff…. Super central location with easy access parking (even with a hire car that requires huge amount of space to turn).

Would be helpful to know room access info only sent the day before - all info was excellent and comprehensive but Booking.com blurb looked to indicate was sent at time of booking which then left me concerned I’d missed something
