Great location, clean room

Breakfast was mediocre - cold scrambled eggs, poor variety of food. City tax of 32 eur was an unpleasant surprise at the end - the staff should charge it or at least mention it in advance

The position of the hotel is very good, close to the tourist attractions, the room was good and the cleanliness is excellent, the staff was very friendly and gave us useful information about what else we can visit nearby Bergamo and how, such as Lake Como and Iseo...

The breakfast disappointed us a little, we expected more, especially after reading so many reviews that it was exceptional... I can only say that it is an normal, decent breakfast, exactly the same every day, without many options , with a coffee that I would have expected to be better, taking into account that we are in Italy

Staff were wonderful. They were friendly, welcoming and very happy to help. When we asked for local tips, they gave us recommendations of where to eat, a city map, things to do and see. Their English was fantastic. We had an early flight home. The staff booked us a taxi and prepared a breakfast box for us. We were upgraded to a superior room. I think the only difference between standard and superior was a kettle, a mini bar (that we did not use) and a metre or two larger I think (I'm open to correction on this point). I thought the size was standard - it did not feel large but we were very happy with the room. The room and bathroom was spotless. Plenty towels, bathrobes and Slippers. We could not find fault with the cleanliness. We booked breakfast with our initial booking. Breakfast was good. Huge variety of cold meats and cheeses. Gluten free options and dairy free options. Choice of two cereals, a variety of yoghurts and breads and pancakes. Little choice of hot food - bacon, sausage or egg. No tomatoes, mushrooms or beans. We were happy with our breakfast but fussy eaters may not be. A variety of coffees from the machine. You could also have a takeaway coffee when you left breakfast. Great location. We were a few mins walk from train station. We were a few mins walk from Sunday markets at the centre of the town. We could see the old town from the centre of town. It was a nice long leisurely walk to the beautiful old town.

No bar in this hotel. There was a poor selection of wine and soft drinks to buy from reception and drink in the lobby or your room. There was a self service coffee machine and microwave in the lobby. This is not the same as a bar. After a day of touring I would love to unwind in the hotel bar. There is a restaurant next door called the Vox you could eat and drink here instead.

1) Very convenient location, close and easy access by foot to the train station and good neighborhood (Porta Nuova) with good restaurants nearby. Despite a not very glamourous facade and the entrance surprisingly hidden by the garage entrance, the interior of the hotel is actually very nice. 2) The professional, very nice and well customer-oriented staff at the reception. 3) Comfy double bed and nice bathroom (shower), the big balcony is a plus for the perspective of the room. 4) Good and varied breakfast buffet.

1) The configuration of the room is not very practical regarding the "wardrobe" because it is actually a small room between the bedroom and the bathroom, with hangers and drawers, where you can store 2 suitcases but not enough space to open them. 2) The wi-fi was terribly weak (at least in our room on the 7th floor).

The breakfast was really good and tasty. The staff was awesome and always willing to help. The location of the hotel, next to the city center was really nice. Really easy to move from there to go and visit or event to find a restaurant. Really appreciated the safe system based on your credit card.

The room was super clean and overall comfy but we got some issue finding the right set up for the air conditioning. That's a detail ;). The double bed was actually made of 2 beds, sometimes not so comfy. Overall, really good experience. Thanks a lot!

Excellent hotel - in the center, 6 min walking from railway station. Well designed rooms, superior bathroom, working air-condition. Staff is very nice and friendly and provides real 4* professional service. Breakfast outstanding, incl. unexpected happy birthday surprise for my wife. We appreciate also very late check-in (1:00 a.m.) and provided luggage storage (till 6 .p.m.) due to our late departure. We love this hotel and we will also give a chance other NH hotels within our next trips.

Great location. Clean rooms, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, who gave us recommendations about the city, where to visit and where to eat. My son wanted to take pillows home :) very comfortable.

I liked everything about property. The only criticism is about sandwiches they had available in the lobby. ( which I think was great that there was an option to have a snack in the evening), but one cheese and ham sandwich was 5.50 euro and my son binned it as it tasted awful. I couldn’t eat it too. Maybe change supplier?

The friendly and helpful staff who supported us with our queries and requests. Great location. Well appointed rooms. Cleanliness. Breakfast was more than adequate. The staff really helped resolve the room issue and moved us to a lower spec but refunded us the difference. All staff were friendly, polite and helpful

One coffee machine at breakfast caused queues and long waits at busy times. The hotel only had one superior room as a twin even though our booking had been taken. The staff did help us resolve this but we were initially disappointed.

Breakfast is good, with pastries, baked goods, different types of bread, butter, jams, whole and sliced fruit, cheese, cold cuts, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, small salad, and many other small items. Location is less than a 10-minute walk to airport buses and some local buses are on the same block. Citta alta is about a 30-minute walk. Cafes and restaurants are nearby. Fitness room was great - you need to make a reservation to use it, ensuring that you are the only person using it.

Very friendly and helpful staff (arranged an extra breakfast for a group meeting on very short notice, showed me the room etc.). Room, bedding, bathroom very good. Breakfast is as good as it can be expected in Italy if a hotel is not absolutely international luxury class ;-)

Surroundings, entrance (underground!), views out of rooms and lobby/breakfast room are unattractive - yet hotel is conveniently located between station and city centre (5min to Porta Nuova, 30min nice walking to Cittá Alta), and very close to Congress Center. Bar was not open since Covid (only selling few drinks from self-service shelf). No convenient seating in the lobby (only 1.5 sofas and a few overflow tables from the breakfast area)
