Lots of things. Good location. Nice furniture and layout of the apartment. Netflix!! Hosts were friendly and helpful. Private garage for parking.

I didn’t sleep well as the bedroom curtains allowed a lot of light in from the garden as it was lit up all night and the sound travelled from the apartment above when the people upstairs were in their bedroom which woke us up.

Great location - close to train station (walkable distance less than 15 minutes), close to piazza with restaurants and supermarket. Not far from a bus stop to old city or you can walk around 20-25 minutes. Apartment was spacious and well designed, really cozy. It is located on a quiet street on the ground floor, so you can use the inner yard and terrace (not private, but still nice). Host was so caring and helped us to book a taxi, gave some advice about food and sightseeing, she was so welcoming and made our stay pleasant. Apartment was clean and fresh with some complimentary coffee/tea. We really enjoyed our stay.

This apartment doesn't have a normal bed, we were sleeping on a couch. Its good for 1-2 nights, but for longer stay I would prefer regular bed, the mattress was 7/10. Kitchen was equipped with all essential things, but there were only two big plates for food and we were 3 people (with a small child). May be a little bit more of dishes would be nice, so you don't load a half empty dishwasher.

The Donizetti Residence was perfect for our type of trip (two friends on a football weekend). Communication was thorough from booking right up until arrival...& the team were always checking in during our stay making sure everything was in order by Whatsapp. You have the security of a gated property but the location benefits of being only a few minutes walk away from an array of bars & restaurants. Bergamo itself is a real hidden gem...the historical walled city has stunning views & plenty to see and do.

Nestled away in a quiet cul-de-sac, Donizetti Residence is in a superb location. The area is really quiet, is a 10 minute walk from the train station and is only a few minutes from the city centre. It’s hard to believe you’re so close to the city when it’s so quiet and comfortable. The hosts are fabulous, kind and attentive and communication is brilliant. They are easy to contact and are quick to respond. The apartment is lovely and clean and has plenty of crockery and cutlery for your stay. Perfect for a short stay in Bergamo. And the shower is amazing!

Not a slight on the hosts, and not a fault of the hosts but the car park gate is quite loud and if you are a light sleeper this might wake you up. Not a problem for us but there is a cost for housekeeping during short stays. More teabags would have been nice but this was not a big deal.

The apartment was spacious and clean and as pictured. Modern kitchen and bathroom. Check in and out was smooth and hosts are very welcoming and had lots of good tips. It’s easy to reach from the train station by walking. We got the bus from the airport to the station and then walked and took about 30min a total.

We would have liked a mirror other than the bathroom one, maybe by the clothes washer. Also an iron would be useful and extra kitchen towel or rag to clean up.

Everything was great, especially the host (Rosh). Flexible, accommodating, helpful. The place is in a superb location, very clean and comfortable. I absolutely loved having my morning coffee on the little table outside, such a small addition makes the stay more pleasant. I will be back there during my next visit. The only thing to note, the bed is a sofa bed, not a real bed, which can be uncomfortable for some people.

Location was excellent and only 15 minute pleasant and easy walk from Bus and train station. There are plenty of eating places to suit different budgets close by and being on my own on this occasion I liked the gated entrance and privacy.

Nothing that I didn’t like. For me it was perfect and if there is anything you need You just need to ask the team at Donizetti apartment office which is very close by.

Newly decorated appartment in the cosy yard close to downtown food and shopping area. Bathroom and Kitchen well equipped. Appartment is on the first floor. easy and step free acess. Window view is to the yard. Host from the angency was very helpfull and told us about getting arround. Bergamo is hidden gem of North Italy. Will come back to same location. Slava Ukraini 🇺🇦

Sleeping on the transformable sofa instead of regular size bed is quite challenging, but otherwise all good :)

quiet and tranquil location, garden out front of apartment, beautiful clean and newly renovated property , very central location close to walk (maybe 20 minute walk) to funicular to go to old city 15 minutes from bergamot airport great place to stay , fully fitted kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom, recommend to stay here. 5 minutes walk to cafes snd restaurants and shops

The location is centrally located, in a very quiet area. Very clean and comfortable. The place looks even better in reality than in the pictures. The owners are very kind and give you all the information you need. Highly recommended!
