The Westin Dublin

We only stayed in the Westin for one night but wished we had longer as we enjoyed it so much. The hotel staff were so helpful and accommodating. There were so many little touches provided to us throughout our stay from extra water and a surprise bottle of wine and chocolates delivered to our room, to the freshly baked cookies we were treated to with our coffee. Our room was so clean and spacious with fabulous views of the Dublin skyline. In terms of location, you really couldn’t find a more ideal base - it’s right next to Temple bar, Trinity College and Grafton street. We will certainly be recommending the hotel to anyone who is planning a trip to Dublin and can’t wait until our next visit to the Westin.

For a five star hotel breakfast was poor ! The food was not hot and the coffee was incredibly diluted and substandard. The seating arrangements were too narrow and guests kept knocking tables spilling milk, etc. The lady seating guests at breakfast was not very welcoming and lacked patience in contrast to all other staff

The Location was excellent, Staff, doormen just great with there service Etc. The breakfast was good, the lobby area & front desk staff were excellent & very helpful. Excellent area walking distance to within the city this is what I was looking forward too.

No I we were very pleased with everything, would recommend to anyone going to visit Dublin. We plan to use your hotel on our next visit next year.

Very clean, friendly staff, and very comfy beds.

The only thing that I found a little much of being picky was for the price of the Room for one night with breakfast I was shocked to see that you had to pay for additional items for breakfast as they were not included.

the location, the rooms, the comfort, the concierge service, the reception staff,the decor.

the service in the cocktail bar was way below the standard of the rest of the hotel- slow and inefficient

My wife and I are American and we had trouble driving to the hotel. They were extremely patient with us and helped guide us in successfully. They could not have been more friendly and helpful. Perfect location for Trinity College tour and local shopping.

The facilities were fantastic and I felt very safe at all times, plenty of hand sanitiser available and people being kept well distanced apart. My room was fabulous and spotless (I had an issue as I booked through an external booking site but reception were able to correct this instantly). The staff were what made the hotel for me, any member I encountered were kind, cheerful and any request I made was dealt with instantly! Although I had a city view it was still quiet enough for a good nights sleep! Morelands Grill was great for dinner (once again everyone sitting a good distance from each other and very attentive staff). Food was great and I thought great value for the 3 courses. Location is great between grafton and henry st, I would definitely recommend it for a city break, hoping to go back again soon!

Breakfast was a little bit dry (however waiting time was next to nothing so this may have been due to the staff being concerned over not over crowding the restaurant)

Everything was extraordinary. The location is within walking distance to everything in the city centre. Room was very spacious and the bathroom was amazing. Very polite and helpful staff.

The staffs were all very friendly - All waiters, receptionists and anyone we saw. Super clean room and luxurious feeling throughout the hotel. Lovely and photogenic. The food was good for both dinner and breakfast. I forgot my bag and the staff was super friendly about it. The gym had weights and clean towels and water.

One light was not changed in the room and did not work - I mean it didn’t affect us but thought it was not something to expect in a five star. We also got an upgrade which was fabulous but we had no bath in the upgraded room and I love bath so that was disappointing that we weren’t informed. Lastly, the restaurant gave me 2 flavour of the same icecream even though it was meant to be 3 flavours. I picked the icecream because of the flavour that was missing. But really these are only little things I could live with!

Amazing location to explore Dublin, beautiful room with a view of Trinity, very grand and majestic decor.

Although we upgraded our room, it was still not very large (but still beautifully decorated.)
