Kuta Beach Hotel

Close to the airport Good and diverse breakfast with open buffet Close to the beach Nice pool on the roof Close to restaurants and all kind of activities. The internet connection was decent ( not the best one, but I was able to work remotely using it)

The room didn't have windows outside, so no natural light. It was positioned on the middle of the building. Sometimes the other visitors were noisy. It seemed that some things were kind of neglected on the pool bar and pool area

The room which I booked had problem with the air-condition. When I contacted the reception, they quickly changed me to another room. The swimming pool was clean and I could get a fantastic view of Kuta Beach. The space was well utilised with many rooms on every floor.

Probably if the hotel was to schedule an air-cond clean up, they could do that during the 12:00 PM - 02:00 PM period. Guests will appreciate if they can have some rest time. Sometimes it could be noisy on Level 4 as it's located near the bistro, especially if you are light sleeper. Otherwise, I'm still comfortable with this hotel.

Great location, walking distance to beach and great restaurants and shops. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, they kindly let us store our luggage after checkout so we could continue our activities then helped us arrange transport to our next destination. Bed was very comfortable and rooms very clean.

It was a bit noisy as the corridors are open to the street, but noise is to be expected being this central to Kuta & for this price.

Very close to the beach and markets available 24h, the cleaning was excellent. The double family room was setup in perfect configuration for family. The perfect solution for family, sure to came back in this hotel. The earthquake event was managed with excellent safety and security plan

Sometimes the key doesn’t work

Room clean and compact. You got all the things you need to make your stay in Bali comfortable in this hotel. Walking distance to famous Kuta Beach & Kuta Beachwalk Mall. Surrounded by local minimart, food, and laundry vendor.

The hotel is located in an alley, which only can contain 1 car at a time. And the hotel parking space is also limited. So, it's challenging if you bring your own car here.

Convenient location near the beach, if you want to surf, then this is a great option. Very friendly and helpful staff, cleaning every day! Good Wi-Fi in the room for remote work. Parking for guests' scooters.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was a minute's walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops. It was a safe busy area to walk until late at night. Breakfast was worth it.

The cleaning services were very slow. After breakfast the room is not cleaned yet!

Airport shuttle was way expensive then normal taxi I thought it would be free but at least same as normal transportation but price was way too high I have downloaded grab app and paid lower price than what hotel employee said

It was very close to Kuta Beach and has everything around. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The lobby was great and the food was good. They also allowed me a late check out at 0100pm.

The AC is super chilled and was not in control. There is no view from the room, but then again it's just for a stay and you get the beach nearby for view.
