Aloft Bali Kuta at Beachwalk

The Room is spacious enough for 3 adults, I stayed in King Room, requested an extra bed and still have space for sofa and coffee table. The facilities are great, the room is brand new, the sheet and bed was excellent. My room was facing to the pool and it has a balcony. The staff are fabulous and helpful. The hotel itself located right in the heart of Kuta, connected to Beachwalk Mall.

The location is tricky, It's in the back of Beachwalk Mall and need around 300 meters walk to the beach. It's not right on the beach. Also if you order car to pick up in the lobby, we need to go around the mall parking to be able to get out from the property.

What an amazing hotel. It just opened in April 2022 and everything is brand new and really well executed. The room is clean, spacious, the bed super comfy and the bathroom very clean with everything you need. There's a pool area and a gym, good food, super friendly staff. The hotel location is awesome, located in the Beachwalk mall, as well as near the beach itself. Good for a couple of days acclimatizing or before flying home. Very happy we chose to stay here!

Everything was great!

If you’re staying in Kuta, the location of the hotel is great. The premises were very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating - smiles all around. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the hotel’s restaurant wasn’t half bad! We particularly enjoyed the efficient AC and fantastic water pressure in the shower.

Getting to the hotel by foot is through a busy mall, but a taxi will take you straight to the front door. In addition the service was a bit inconsistent: most of the stuff we ordered was excellent and on time, but a few times we waited on service (room service deliveries and cleaning) for a while. However, none of the ”setbacks” would stop us from booking here again!

Room was great, beautifully laid out and highest standards of cleanliness. Great breakfast options, staff were fabulous.

Paid a premium for a poolside room - didn’t realise this backed onto a shopping centre with a stage playing live music (bad covers band) until 9.30pm. Thought I had paid extra for peace and quiet rather than noise.

Staff were so friendly, very conveniently location and clean and comfortable.

Western breakfast could be better with no butter available, only margarine and jam was American ‘jelly’. Coffee was not to our liking and had to purchase elsewhere. No cheese for omelettes for three of the days which is confusing when it was in the fridge for other purposes, maybe different cheese but would have been better than nothing.

The location is convenient as it is linked to the Beachwalk Mall. The hotel has a hip and cool interior with a surf and sea vibe. The staffs are friendly and took care of us very well. The breakfast choices are great, with a continental and Asian menu. I love that the fruits, salad, cheeses and juices are kept in a fridge to keep them fresh. The room is clean, and the corner sofa with the table is useful if you need to do some quick work. We got a room with a balcony which helps hang our laundry. Not much of a view, but since we are out most of the time, it is ok. The bathroom is quite basic, with a shower cubicle. I came with my husband and mother-in-law; it was her first time in Bali. Being close to the hustle and bustle is a great way to experience Kuta.

Whilst the connection to the mall is great, it can be daunting after a while walking through the crowded mall. But being close to the beach is also a plus point.

Shopping mall just right next to the hotel. Very vibrant hotel with lots of music event happening. We happened to be staying at a pool side room. One night they have pool side party. The other night got a private event with karaoke singing. And one night the mall next to hotel got music show also. So you could expect music before 11pm. If you sleep early this is not a hotel for you. Other wise if you are a night owl looking for some fun this hotel would be an excellent choice. And as a Marriott hotel, they never disappointed on their breakfast. Lots of food choices. And the beach is just few mins walk too. Love their gym too, small but got everything you need.

Room wasn't ready when we check in at 4.30pm. But front desk try to accommodate and gave us some drinks for free at the bar and a temporary room for us to rest while we wait for our room. No complaints here , great service.

The staff are great. They greeted me by name, and with warm smiles every time they saw me. The hotel is awesome. Clean, nice facilities, great room, comfy bed, nice big t.v in the room, big bathroom, nice furnishings, air conditioning that I could actually control, (unlike many other places), a decent breakfast, and attached to a big shopping mall that has restaurants and a supermarket. It's in the middle of Kuta Beach, so if the beach is what you're after, this is the place for you. I really liked this hotel. It's one of the best I've ever stayed in, and very reasonably priced. Many thanks to the wonderful hotel staff, and the general friendly attitude of the Balinese people.

The only downside is access. As with many tourist areas, the traffic is a bit kaotic. (I wouldn't ride a bicycle in that area even if you paid me.) There's plenty of taxis, but as usual, beware of the cheats. 25 minutes to the airport when the traffic isn't at peak. Can't complain about that. All in all, it's a nice short stay place.

Very friendly staff and clean facilities. I got sick during my stay in Bali, and the staff called and helped get a doctor to my room, as well as they offered me a free meal and checked in on me to make sure I was feeling better. Something I won't forget. The staff is always ready to help and make you feel very welcome.

Room service isn't 24/7 was the only negative thing I noticed. So if arrive at night after your flight try get a meal outside or order on grab.

Hotel located inside beachwalk mall, a lot of shops and cafes are in just 3-4 minutes walk, Kuta beach is close (5 min walk). Great breakfast! You can get even ice cream on it)) Amazing lobby entertainment - billiard, table games and even PS5!!!

There is no door to toilet from shower area, if you are living with somebody it will be not so comfortable. Some rooms don't have fully isolated WC from living room (some gap between ceiling and WC wall), hence noise from water disturbs sleeping person.
