Close to everything shops beach all in walking distance, with laundry facilities at hotel or just down road at one of shops ,with deli and doctors office adjacent to hotel along with 2 pools and good priced massage facilities on grounds .security 24 hrs ,rooms cleaned every day or when wanted just put sighn on door ,reasonable breakfast available with 24 hr food room service. All service people at hotel are eager to help in what anyway they can . Great air conditioned room worked great.

Air conditioning had slow leak did inform reception but didn't get to maintenance to fix. Still need outter face lift ,sinage needs a up makeover and lite up .

So we booked this place for a week cause we wanted to take a break from backpacking and just relax and let me tell you we really did in this place. The bed was super comfy and big, the pools were huge, clean and so nice to swim in. The location is excellent with many bars, restaurants around and just 10min walk to legian beach. Buffet breakfasts was lovely, a mix of western and balinese food and the staff were lovely, cooking extra food like bacon to go with our omelettes. Truly an exceptional stay especially at the price.

Nothing at all. Sure the hotel isn't brand new, walls could use a repaint, towels are a little discoloured and little things like that but it really doesn't matter.

I broke my foot and staff especially Aris and Devi really helped me through difficult time

2 great pools but would be nice to have one for kids and one for adults without children. Local uncontrolled wild kids in both pools all day most days made it really impossible to relax poolside. I went and paid to go to neighboring hotel pool to swim even though 2 lovely pools at my hotel . Sad

i have been that hotel 5 times and feel like my home

Excellent value stay. Two swimming pools, both well maintained. Great spa services at remarkably affordable prices. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Six minute walk to the beach and very close to numerous bars and restaurants.

nothing I didn’t like.

The two pools were really great. The location very centrally located near to shops and restaurants but only a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The room had good air conditioning and a small fridge. A decent breakfast for the price and the rooms were a very good price for the area. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful ALL the time. There is also at cheap restaurant, upstairs at the front of the hotel. Would definitely stay again. 👍 In fact I am because they are kindly storing my bag while I’m in the Gilis. 🙏

My room was a little run down and not modernised but if you are not a precious princess then you won’t complain because the room prices are very low. Covid has severely impacted all the hotels and the lack of income for years has restricted their capacity to keep everything updated.

Our room was located only meters from the back pool, but far enough not to be disturbed by the noise. It is a very inviting pool with a swim up bar & ample sun lounges. The rooms were adequate & clean but great value for the money. Same with the free breakfast, a buffet that's good enough for the price you pay, rice, noodles, chicken, eggs any way & toast. Location was the winner with zero noise from the busy streets but close to everything.

Maybe a safe in the room would have made it complete. Everything else was great.
