Golden Tulip Jineng Resort Bali

The staff were wonderful and very friendly, the buffet breakfast was great, my sister and l ate nearly every night in the restaurant and couldn't fault the food except it needed to be hotter. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back again.

The room we had in the beginning was not very good, when you went to the bathroom the door nearly hit the vanity and the toilet was behind the door so you had to be careful especially at night as there was a slight drop down of the shower floor which was a little dangerous. When you went out onto the balcony and closed the sliding doors they were very hard to open to get back inside, at one point we got stuck out there for ages, we were nearly ready to climb over the rail and walk along the edge to get help, l think the doors need to have handles on the outside. After two nights we paid extra and upgraded to a much bigger room and it was wonderful.

Staff extremely friendly. The outdoor area was very relaxing. Great to have a fitness centre onsite. The price was fantastic.

As things were only just opening again I'm sure this was just a little oversight. But probably needed a bit more cleaning around the place.

Golden Tulip is so conveniently located, literally 5 minutes walk down the road is a public hospital. In the same complex on the ground floor is a supermarket along with cinemas, so if you need to stock up on snacks this is literally 5 minutes away. The pool area was awesome, We really enjoyed hanging out in the cabanas around the pool area. The buffet breakfast is also a bonus, a very wide selection of food , good value for money here. The bedroom is also very spacious and the hotel foyer which overlooks the rooms is also a nice place to sit and relax in. Staff super friendly and always accommodating. The hotel spa is open late into the evenings, so massage is available, so I had a night time massage and facial which was great. Definitely value for money.

We really enjoyed our stay here, if we had to fault anything, it would just be how some of the amenities/facilities are a bit run down - however still functioning. The mini bar fridge in the room is actually a wine cooler not a fridge ( so if you needed a fridge for medication, this wine cooler probably Is not a good choice)

The staff where super nice 👍the room I booked wasn't available so thay upgraded us. the room was clean. There Breakfast was nice Not a lot of options but was still good. Definitely would recommend this place if you want to stay more in a hotel

It dose need some paint and some new shower head. You could also do with some better doors as sometimes the doors were hard to close/lock There was also no Mini fridge there was a cooling fridge which didn't keep food cold but just kept it Add a temperature from what I understand. The rooms can be a little noisy sometimes but they're not super loud.

We had a fantastic stay here! When we arrived we were given a free room upgrade which meant we got a suite! The first morning we had to leave at 3am for a day trip and the staff arranged for us to have a packed breakfast which was excellent and very delicious. The room was clean and the pool area was very lovely to relax in too. I did use the gym and although slightly dated equipment it was still great to have the option of exercise while on holiday! The second morning we had breakfast as normal at the hotel and we were impressed with the range of options and quality of food. We also had room service and pool food both of which didn’t disappoint. Some food options were sold out but we were able to find alternatives that we enjoyed. Finally as my birthday was during our stay they kindly delivered a cake with a message to our room which was a lovely touch. We would definitely come back 😊

We arrived in the evening and when we got there, the view at the hotel was amazing. The warm lights were very beautiful and it smelled good in the entire resort and also the room we stayed in. The lobby is really cool to relax or just to have a good drink while enjoying the view over the pool are. Their iced coffee tasted amazing. All the people there were super friendly and helpful. You're provided a towel for the pool. The pool itself is pretty big and also there's enough space to relax at the pool area. The room was amazing and very big with nice, warm lights and lots if charging spots. Big bathroom with separate shower and toilet. The Bed was amazing and very comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious, there was huge amount of food you can chose from. fresh water, fresh juice ect

The sofa had some weird stains on it and the light in the bathroom is too dark for my preference.

Nice Hotel with great customer service .. Rooms were clean and comfortable..we got an upgrade to a suite since all required rooms were not available on same floor for our big group.. Pool and other amenities were good and clean.. Breakfast was okay in general with decent platter of continental food and fresh fruits/juices. Thanks to Hanna, Indra and their entire team for making our stay memorable and comfortable.

They tried to cook Indian BF options for our big group but it was not up to the mark... especially Masala chai that was made by Green Tea instead of Black Tea leaf which spoiled the taste.. We got rooms that were facing the main road so traffic noise at night was bit annoying..

We had a pool access room which was nice to cool down straight from the room terrace. The gym was well equipt and clean. The bed was comfy and aircon worked well. WIFI was good. This is a good place to stay near the airport. They also offer day use rates. The breakfast was really good, so much variety. We ate dinner one night in the restaurant and was impressed with the food, price and service. There is a coffee lounge/cafe next to the reception. We would definately stay again.

The rooms could be cleaner. There was alot of dust in the room and mould in the bathroom.

The hotel is massive & it's layout is good how every room looks out on the gardens & pool & it room had a broken lock on the door & I spoke to the front desk & the lock was fixed within 5mins so that's the first time a hotel has fixed something so quickly so well done 👏

The only thing I hated was the shower because it wasn't the best but everything else in the room was good including the movie channels & the pool outside I'm room was nice & the air-conditioning was quite & the robs & yellow flip flops where a nice touch so well done 👏 maybe spend some $$ on fixing those showers & it would be perfect

Previously, I booked for Deluxe twin bedroom. However, the hotel informed that the type of room had sold out & had free upgrade me to Queen Suite Bedroom♥️♥️♥️ It is very polite and nice receptionist. The breakfast provided too very international 👍👍👍 Since I spent 5 days, I had tried all the foods and it were very nice😍😍😍

Although the description mentioned it is a soundproof room, it doesn't. I can clearly hear sound from beside room🤨🤨 The drawer also didn't cleaned 🥲 The hot water and cold water is very unpredictable, it will suddenly changed😭 The standing light in living room and balcony light are failure🤥
