Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, an IHG Hotel

Clean and safe, which are two of my priorities Restaurants, bars are available on site, good food and large choice Av real five star hotel, be careful, you get sometimes big surprises with hotels in India pretending to be five stars that would not get one star in Europe

Price may change according to affluence, can be three times more if hotel full, But value for money

well we reached very late or say very early morning around 3.30 am we had still alert staff for our check in and also to take our luggae to the room . the staff here very good and polite the breakfast what we had was also good too many things to choose from plus what you want to eat they will bring it to your table overall a very short but memorable stay > we had booked three rooms

The food was excellent (especially the Korean food in the buffet dinner!). The hotel and rooms are very clean, comfortable and the service is good.

The only reason why I didn't give "excellent" on all counts is because the decoration of the hotel and rooms is a bit cold. I think that the constant "elevator music" should be discarded and some warmth (colors, rugs, decoration) should be introduced to the hotel.

I like the service staff and the promptness of the service. While there are some inflexibility in the way the staff work, they are still accommodating.

The bed was not in the best condition. I think there is a need to get new beds. Also, there were a lot of noise at night from other guests. While this is not something that the hotel can control, they can monitor and take actions when necessary.

Electricity was going off every now & then , though they have genset but still it was problematic , location was not good , near by neither any good restaurants and charges for in dine was very high

The staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself is very dated and alot of it are patchwork like the walls in the hallway. The rig in my room looks like it's never been cleaned since the hotel opened and parts of the bathroom look like they haven't been maintenanced for quite some time.

that the lifts weren’t interconnected. as in to go for a specific floor , two lifts function with one button while one lift with one button. they should all be interconnected and the nearest one should reach the floor you have pressed the button from. it was ridiculously slow to wait for the lifts to turn up.

The Crowne Plaza is a great hotel! The rooms are amazing and very clean. All the staff were very friendly and polite. Special thanks to Mr. Rahul Verma for being always so helpful. I strongly recommend the Crowne Plaza.

The exceptional service , the cleanliness much better than the many five stars . Anil , the Masterchef , is truly a master, makes dishes according to your taste . what a wonderful experience !!!!!

The food quality & taste is exceptionally good; both dinner and breakfast. Excellent rooms with ample space, bath tubs, comfy beds & open view.

The decor was so dry that it looked almost looked like a large convention center rather than a 5 star lobby. Extremely minimal use of art & decor, hence not appealing. Only one resturant (buffet area) active/ operational. Basic facilities like bar & bakery shop not available/ closed. (*Which are alredy open in other hotels in Delhi NCR region). Conclusion: A good place to come sleep & eat However don't expect any 5 star services.
