We felt element of deceit on all occasions while requesting a taxi or car at the travel counter I had never thought I have to bargain and negotiate a price with the Vivianta Taj representatives at the travel counter First day transportation cost for 4 hours quoted at inr 2400 which was finally negotiated down to 1500 and next day 24 hour car rental was down to 7000k from 15000 listed price Still I am not sure if I paid the right price and how this is possible I had requested the car at least 12 hours in Advance and when ready I was told car was not available and they will try to get me another car Fear of meeting a Delhi Thug had become real

The food cost was very high

The service in the hotel overall was very respectful and efficient. Your staff does a very good job making the guest experience pleasurable and stress free. Especially the cleaning. On the 10th floor we were always helped and assisted by Sanjay Thakur. He was helpful, nice, and efficient with cleaning and anything we needed everyday for our 4 rooms (1054, 1056, 1060, 1059). He always provided extra toiletries even before we knew we needed them. That is the type of above and beyond customer service that elevates the guest experience. I would like to thank him and thank you all for our stay.

The water in 1054 is not very hot.

This was my 2nd time staying in Vivanta Surajkund NCR and really enjoyed my time there. Once I stepped into the hotel, I got exceptional support from hotel people. This time I have some medical issues and they supported me so well. The hotel was too clean, the room size was bigger, and had very comfortable beds for sound sleep. The breakfast was really yummy, especially they fulfilled my all requirements. Also, their restaurant food was mouthwatering and the tea was so refreshing for my evening time. I must say their team member, Sumit supported me 100% and I have got all the services whenever I needed them. There are things that I loved in Vivanta Surajkund NCR: 1. Hotel Service was exceptionally good. 2. Food was too yummy, especially kababs and tea. 3. Sourunding environment was so quiet for a peaceful stay.

I loved the room and its view. I enjoyed the food and amenities at the hotel. The overall decor was great. I enjoyed the cake they had provided me as per my request. Truly enjoyed the stay.

There were limited options for breakfast and dinner as compared to other 5-star hotels. I was expecting the buffet to be lavish but didnt get the same. The food was blant at times too. we had to spice it up for ourselves.

The staff is fenominal. I got ill and they came and check on me regularly, even the manager. The room service menu is good and they have plenty of fresh fruit to order. The morning breakfast buffet has plenty choice of Indian & Continental food and live cooking. House keeping every day was attentive too. I like the rooms (very quiet), we had a room facing the back, there was a park there where monkeys could be seen sometimes and they have created a concrete wall where many birds nest inside which is nice to see. They also have rooms with balcony facing the small center garden. Swimming pool and fitness looked excellent. I have not used the Spa but is seems great although a bit on the pricey side. So yes, very much recommended!

Not much really. Maybe the hotel taxi service, they are a bit too expensive for quests with Uber/Ola around these days. The bed was a bit squeeky but mattress was comfortable. Other then that kudos to Taj and their detail of personal service.

1. Deep cleaning is required, atleast in my room. My room was clean but I expect much higher level of cleanliness from a 5* 2. Housekeeping did not come to clean my room untill I called and asked why wasn't it cleaned on the 2nd night of my 3 night stay and then they came immediately 3. They don't allow outside food, I was there for a few meetings and all I want is food of my choice at night to be honest the hotel food was good and decently priced but a small menu and I got sick of it 4. There is no hot water!!! It was always like warm. Its not something important but again that's a basic for a 5*

it average ok. room service is very poor, we have to wait for atleast more than one hour to received water and glasses. secondly dinner was good, room was maintained average, reception persons are not ok

till to day i could not received GST invoice , though i submitted my GST details on my arrival. And while check out Mr. Bakul Bharadawaj promissed me to send mail on 5th August evening , still i did not got

The Room was a suit and connected children Room and was very comfortable Breakfast was good but spread was limited Dinner buffet was excellent, and In room dinning was quick and good portions were wonderful

The Game room was small and congested The pool table was badly kept , que sticks had no tip so the white ball was more like a golf ball, the far left pocket is broken so the ball falls on the ground here there’s a crater on the floor Needs ATTENTION
