Hilton Goa Resort

The property is lovely and you can totally forget about the outside. The staff was amazing and they really make sure you are enjoying your stay and you have all you need. I also need to highlight that my partner got sick and they were super helpful by helping us to get to the hospital and waiting for us (Priyam from the front desk and our driver Sawant were our heroes that night)

They should improve the communication regarding all the services they have to offer, clarity about the cab services and scooter rentals; specifically that they offer transportation from the hotel to the beach, this could avoid unnecessary expenses and it could totally help you to plan your stay better.

It's a beautiful property. The staff was lovely. The room was great. The housekeeping was prompt. The view from the balcony was stunning. The cab services were easily booked by the concierge. It was very quiet and peaceful.

Maybe it's because of it being off-season (end of August), there was no spa, the main pool was under renovation and there were hardly any people around. So I didn't stay at the property for too long and headed out.

Most of the amenities were missing, no spa, no entertainment or activities for a 5-star resort, it’s not a beach property too. Disappointing if you travel with young kids.

The staff were the most authentic and friendly people I have ever met at any hotel. Had a lot of amazing conversations with them. The location and the shuttle service to the Candolim beach was very convenient for us. The hotel also helped us in booking the commute for our trips to nearby places in Goa which eased a lot of our planning headache.

The staff was courteous and helpful. They all are very attentive.

The room could have been better for the price paid. Hand shower leaked, the walls leaked, there was creaking sound from the cupboard and the suitcase compartment was old and broken from some places. All of these may seem minor but as guests we pay the amount for great stay, great look and feel, hence I would say there is still scope for improvement . Dinner buffet was excellent and appetizing as compared to lunch.

Too much moisture entered the room even when the doors were closed.Rooms require better sealing.Our ac regulator was not working .The mechanic expressed his helpness.Though the breakfast was excellent,there was lack of veg dishes.

Beautiful resort, very clean, nice pool with comfy beds, good gym, amazing breakfast and extremely friendly and helpful (kitchen) staff, special thanks to Shweta!

One thing: please please please get rid of the small 200ml water bottles that are everywhere in the resort. Not sustainable and not necessary. Why not water points throughout the resort with reusable cups?

Breakfast was great. The chefs were very sweet and encouraging to try new things.

We didn't like that the taxis were so expensive. I understand that it is not something the hotel can control but coming from Mumbai where taxis were so cheap it was prohibitively expensive to just get a taxi to go out for dinner. Minimum charge was 2500rupee which is crazy!

Loved the property. The staff was amazing, very supportive. Breakfast was the best part of the stay!

The main pool was shut. we paid extra taxes after reaching the hotel.

For a resort their are very limited ways one can entertain self. Swimming pool and a carrom board, SPA (not everyone does SPA). Was expecting atleast a snooker or TT table or a small library with coffee. I mean anything but sad to see nothing more than a yet another Hotel. Just a personal view.
