The staff was young and eager to help. They were prompt to provide the services. The restaurant staff, the trainee staff was very helpful and catered to our comfort. Food was average. It doesn't reflect Amritsar's culinary expertise. The online booking took me to Parkinn. I wanted Radisson Blu. It broke my streak of staying in Radisson Blu that started with Jodhpur, Udaipur and others!!! But full credit goes to the staff. Laundary service was good and quick. The rooms seem vacant and needs TLC.

The strong perfume or scent at the entry foyer is too much. It should be toned down for scent sensitive people.

The property is a 5 min drive away from the airport and about 11 km from the Golden Temple. Ubers and Olas are easily available in this location. The staff was great and checkin and checkout were a breeze. We ordered room service once and the service was perfect. I especially loved the nice masala tea served in this hotel. Our room was surprisingly big. It had a kitchenette, a microwave and a full size fridge and still had enough space for our toddler to roam around and dance. They also run 3 daily shuttles to the Golden Temple and many shuttles to the airport which is just a 5 min drive away. This was a great bonus. Their pool side area is also quite nice and we spent an hour or so chilling there in the early hours after breakfast.

The breakfast buffet was very limited for the price of the room and also the dining area got too crowded at around 9 am. Perhaps it would be better to have ones breakfast early.

The staff is what makes this hotel a must stay if you’re flying into or out of Amritsar. Roshan and Bhavesh who looked after us on the evening as we like a good drink and they were very good with the service and nothing was an issue. Jaspreet at breakfast was first class and again was very attentive of all our needs and again nothing was too much trouble.

The sofa bed isn’t really designed for a tall person and was extremely noisy however it was for one night.

Not happy with the sofa bed. It wasn't very comfortable to sleep on and the pillow option wasn't comfortable. The breakfast options wasnt very appealing as we would have liked more international options. not happy about having to tip the porter who brought our luggage up. Surely he already gets paid for this job, and then hangs around so you feel obligated to give him money. also unhappy with room service - had food brought to us and didn't have change, so gave more than required and no receipt was given for the food.

The standard of facilities far exceeded my expectations. The location was great and as using the hotel as a short stop for our flights from Amritsar Airport, the hotel even arranged for a shuttle outside of their normal operating hours.

The rooms we booked via Booking.com where not the ones reserved at the Hotel but this was no issues for the Hotel front desk staff who sorted this out fairly quickly.

Eveything was pin point perfect

The hotel is very close to the airport and has a very convenient transfer service. The rooms cover all the necessities and are very clean. The hotel also has a restaurant that opens until late and that offers Indian and western options. The employees are extremely nice and were super helpful to accommodate our last minute needs.

Nice friendly polite staff (reception, porters, room service and laundry). Clean. Good room facilities. Comfortable bed. Tasty room service food. Checked out early for morning flight, so missing breakfast times but they did supply a "packed" breakfast. Efficient free shuttle bus to airport.

The hotel was experiencing power cuts throughout the day, which were quite annoying and inconveniencing. No apology given or complementary gesture.

I enjoyed a peaceful, comfortable stay. Appreciated Mahesh Chand's warmth and hospitality, he was efficient and obliging. Also, the hotel accommodated a special request, picking up a courier for me before I checked in and the staff very kindly placed a call to inform me of its reciept. All in all, professional, unobtrusive yet involved service Would definitely recommend it.

They had upgraded our room without any charges. Staff is polite. Breakfast is complementary. They had also given us extended check out time upto 1:45 pm

Transport facility is not good. During pickup we have to push bus for starting as vehicle battery was not charged. Drop facility is not available at all time. Only 3 fixed slots. Therefore not usable
