Breakfast spread was excellent. Staff was very courteous. JaiKishan was very gentle and he was quick to respond. Even the chef made very good finger licking vegetarian meals especially without garlic.

The key had issues every now and then. The door could not be opened on three occasions and help was sought from the front desk. Even net connectivity was a pain in the neck. Despite the user name and password been applied correctly, I could not get the net connectivity on my I pad.

It's very good property with excellent location. Rooms was very comfortable with excellent amenities. Thank you.

The staff at check in counter / Reception need to be little more humane. I had requested online & also by phone for an early check in. I was waiting from 10.00 AM to 1.30 PM before I was allotted the room. I was the only guest waiting there and can't believe the contention of Ms Komal that not a single room was ready till 1.30 PM. Many guests check out early to take the flight like I did when I checked out. It was frustrating. The bathroom fittings need little more attention.

1) The response from front desk for queries on booking.com chat were very slow. 2) The breakfast Buffet should have more options especially in non-veg (not counting egg) - apart from chicken stew and sausages (sausages were upon request) 3) The House keeping could have been a little nore prompt/proactive...

Very nice stay.Very good staff. The attendant specially Manjot front office is really great guy who attended and guided us on very first interaction n explained about AMRITSAR whole heartedly.V vsh him best for future in field of hospitality. Neat n clean property.

Excellent Breakfast. Fantastic location for us as it is close to our family home. The Housekeeping & Room service staff were exceptional, acceding to our every request promptly

The staff was courteous and well mannered.They were at toes to help you and did their best to make your stay comfortable.

They just need to lay out more dishes in the breakfast menu specially amritsari kulcha as it is a speciality of Amritsar and one more dish in Non veg .

hospitality was good but rates were on higher side we checked in at 11.30 pm and checked out at 2 pm next day , one suggestion you should have a special package for persons visiting darbar sahib

In general the property was perfect But the staff headed by mr Saurab was excellent, my 4 day first time stay in Amritsar will be cherished only because of the way MR Saurab handled everything from check in, food , taxi service Ect , fantastic manager, thanks to him we will cherish every bit of our holiday.

I've stayed here many times before this trip, but somehow, this time I didn't find the Room to be as clean as I expected. It has been much cleaner in all the previous stays. All the staff was extremely polite, courteous and helpful except one of the Lady Managers at the Front Desk.

The check-in was smooth n the staff was very helpful. Nice big room, very clean. In the morning, breakfast was excellent with a good choice of English breakfast fare as well as Indian choices. The checkout was also very efficiently handled by the staff.
