Everything was fine. Very clean, good location and comfy beds. Also well suited place. After checking other places nearby this was the best option to get comparing "value for money". You can also turn off all the light from bed so you dont have to get up from the bed which is a very cool thing. The heating was always on so we didn't even have to use AC. Always hot water aswell. And my wife loved the coffee machine :)

The hotel is located inside the building which is also a home for other people who live in the same building. Thats why it's sharing same stairway and elevator. At first it might be hard to find it for some people since the entrance itself its a bit unusual. But anyway once you get inside the hotel you can tell it was recently renovated so you get used to it really fast.

when rooms was “made up” .. literally only a few towels added and 2 coffee capsules. bins not emptied, no toilet roll replenishing, bed not touched.

The location was exceptional!! Perfectly walkable to EVERYTHING!! The staff was a 12/10!!! They were sooooo kind and helpful - Frank even helped me book my train ticket and the girl printed a list a suggested places to eat for me!!! The bed was very comfortable and it was so quiet that I was able to sleep in until 10am after serious jetlag!! There was even a little espresso machine in the room with 2 espresso pods which was a pleasant surprise! I would 100% stay here again if I ever come back to Budapest!

I just thought the towels were a bit cheap and worn giving the beautiful decor and the high standard of the finish of the rooms.

This is an excellent hotel in a perfect location for sightseeing. It's also decorated beautifully. The room was surprisingly big with high ceilings. The bathroom was good with hot showers. The bed was comfortable.

The biggest downside was the warm temperature in the room at night. The temperature is controlled outside the room and there is no way to adjust it, other than to open the balcony door on occasion to let the cold air in. It's not enough of a downside to not stay here, as otherwise the place is excellent. However, do be mindful that in the winter the rooms stay very warm.

The location was amazing. It is right next to the Parisi Udvar Hotel and so it is close to the river, shopping, restaurants, bars and almost every place that you want to visit is walkable. The hotel is exceptionally clean and appears to have been recently decorated. The beds are amazing and the coffee machines in the room are a nice touch.

I am a very light sleeper and so I have an awareness of doors banging shut in the night when guests are coming back to their rooms. This hotel like most does not have quiet close doors. This is the only thing that I could find fault with but it would not stop me returning as there are not a large number of rooms and guests.

Nice room, very comfortable, lovely shower and the TV had Netflix which was great! The hotel is in a very cultural old authentic residential building with a classic old style pull the gate closed elevator! The hotel reception is situated on the second floor. My room faced the inner part of the hotel, so the view was of a court yard and a balcony that went all the way around. My brothers room had a view of the street out the front which was nice.

A bit difficult to find the entrance as it is a large old wooden door and the signage is not very clear as its on the inside of the two pillars either side of the door. It needs to be more visual and noticeable. We walked passed it twice! You have to enter two codes to get in the front door and then again to enter the building, then take the old french style elevator to the 2nd floor which is where the hotel reception is.

very good location, close to supermarket and many monuments. There was always someone at the reception willing to help you, the staff was very polite.

I think it would be better if they put two bottles of water the first day we arrived so we don't have to run errands from the very first day.

Rooms are in an excellent location for exploring Budapest. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, if a little dark. Bathroom was well appointed, particularly the shower. Once you wandered down the 2 floors, or took the old fashioned lift, you emerged only a 5 minute walk from the Danube and even closer to a number of great restaurants and bars. Despite the location the room was quiet and relaxing.

Bed was a little firm, and I like a firm bed. As mentioned, the room was at times a little dark even with the curtains on the single window drawn.
