1. For the second time (we visit Ptolemaida quite often) they tried to overcharge us asking for an additional 1 euro for the city tax, which is already included in the room price. We again explained them that booking pricing enlist this fee under room price and they pretended to make a mistake, however, didn't apologize for the incident. 2. The wardrobes weren't cleaned properly prior our arrival. We found a dirty underwear inside the closet. 3. Limited power outlets. Couldn't charge our phones, only 1 power outlet. 4. Wooden bed was broken, we had to fix it by ourselves in order to sleep. 5. Shower curtains not properly installed, the bathroom was water floated and the curtains were falling over toilet seat.
