This is a brand new hotel aesthetically well designed . The service was outstanding clearly outperforming five star hotels in urban centers such as Athens or Thessaloniki or touristic spots in Greece such as the islands. In fact I have experienced such service only in world famous destinations renowned for their service such as Southeast Asia
The breakfast was not what expected from a five star hotel possibly because of the COVID situation

- breakfast was super good! - the location was beyond expectations! - the hotel is positioned somewhere on the hill, from where you can observe the city of Florina. - the prices at the restaurant were reasonable! - i had 2 stays at this hotel and everything was as I expected! - i left my laptop charger in the room and I got a call from the reception somewhere 5 minutes after I left! I was surprised by the promptness of the staff!

Really nice hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff, and with wonderful vistas over the town of Florina! The breakfast was excellent, and the room was very comfortable!
I honestly cannot think of anything. In summer, a swimming pool would go down a treat, but I knew there was no pool when I booked, so this is not a criticism at all!

Quality cuisine, competitive prices, well worth every extra detail from shampoo (Jo Malone for example ) till the Nespresso or the leather in chairs, or the design at the bathroom. The staff was very helpful and guided us all the time. They also upgraded us which was more than welcome and appreciated. We'll visit again! Very pleased

Spacious room and a really comfy bed. Even in the back side of the hotel, overlooking the parking lot and the mountain it had nice natural lighting.
Only a small thing. There was no "smart" tv,there is a TV but not "smart" so No netflix/movies etc.

Beyond exceptional staff, very very polite and accommodating. Facilities perfect. Food is one of the best restaurants I have visited in my life. I could go on and on but all in all 10/10 is an understatement.

The attention to detail from the staff and the hotel interior design was truly incredible. The room was luxurious (especially the bathroom) and large.

Great views and location. It was quiet and relaxing. Spa facilities were very good and it was very clean. Staff were very helpful and polite and we really appreciated they let us check out later adding more the relaxation of our stay.
Breakfast could be more inspired given the choices of local ingredients and comparing it to similar hotels we've stayed in the past. The breakfast are though has a beautiful mountain view that helps you start the morning.

The view is beautiful the breakfast and meals are delicious and most of all the staff go above and beyond to help us I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in fact we extended our stay, we are very grateful that this place is here it’s very comfortable!
