The hotel is located in walking distance from the train station, town center and university. It is nice, clean, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was pretty as well. There is good wifi and even a Bluetooth speaker in the room. Breakfast had many options, even two types of plant based milk. I had no problems with staff and I welcomed the possibility of a free drink on the days when I chose not to have my room cleaned - I like this idea very much. I recommend this hotel.

One afternoon when I wanted to take a nap, there was some drilling going on, and I could also hear people from neighbouring rooms when they talked loudly and laughed at night. Sometimes other doors close with a loud noise that shakes your door as well. But all these things weren't too bad, just mildly inconvenient.

We found a music festival was on in Regensburg so we happily extended our stay here since we felt it was good value (close to the train station and easy walk into town). The staff was friendly and helpful the bed was comfortable. Cleanliness was very good. Aldi just down the road for picnic supplies. Very good breakfast with a wide choice of items. If you read the infographics in the lift you can see that there is also a positive ethical side to the hotel chain as well.

It would be nice to have a kettle and / or fridge in the room but this seems very uncommon in Europe. I am not sure that the air conditioning worked particularly well. (Very hot at the time of our visit.)

We spent the New Year's night at this hotel - and this turned out to be one of the best stays in Europe. The hotel has parking, which is a GREAT point in Germany. Service was great, the customer experience was well thought to the tiniest detail. The hotel has its own simple bar and snack zone, which is also very convenient. The breakfast was also great. Our room was clean and spacious and overlooked the city beautifully, we were amazed to see a stupendous fireworks display on the Silvester night - the hotel could separately promote it on the website. Highly recommended.

Location, breakfast.Staff was very polite. Definitely worth the money and we would go again. I liked the policy of getting free drink if you skip room cleaning. Even though is right next to the railway there is no noise at all.

One small thing which I believe can be adjusted easily 🙈 The bin in the bathroom is way to small. I am saying it from perspective of parent with a baby which diapers should be changed regularly and till noon the bin is full 😄

The hotel is very clear, rooms are big enough, bed are comfortable. Big plus is nonstop reception, which allows you to come even in night. And even though the hotel is close to train track, you don´t hear any noise when the window is closed. I also liked the free drink voucher you receive when you put a tag on your handle that you don´t want to clean your room during your stay. I think it´s a nice way how to reward people who doesn´t want to waste cleaning products on everyday cleaning.

I just found the staff very helpful especially one night when I got back from my friends show and we needed something to eat and they had pizza and they cooked it for us because a lot of places are closed down and we can go to a restaurant but the staff made a nice fruity for my friend and we have some pizza to eat and I was able to have a beer what I wanted it you know everything was nicely laid out it was a self-service breakfast Restaurant but you had everything that you need it and it was up to you how much you wanted to eat so to be honest you could eat like a king if you wanted to or just have something small but it was entirely up to you but if you needed something or there was a problem with them reason to start spoke English quite good and they were able to assist and help me me so I think the place is run extremely well and they worked hard to keep everything in order so I totally recommend it

There is nothing not to like about it

Both rooms were nice and clean. There was a bit of a problem as one room wasn't ready when we arrived (around 17:45), but the girl at the reception has been very kind and effective, invited us to a beer at the bar while housekeeping prepared the room (quickly and well). Her politeness and effectiveness has been very appreciated (I'm sorry I didn't catch the name). Overall, a nice stay, nice structure just few minutes walking from city centre.

The room looked very cool, we loved the design! Beds were super comfy, bathroom was not too big but clean and had everything needed. Loved the board/card games in the room and a map, very nice touch! We didnt have breakfast there, but very close to the hotel is an amazing cafe that serves it, Cotidiano.

Maybe only the fact the windows weren't allowed to be opened, and it wasn't as close to the center as I thought - 20, 25 min walk. Still, i would definitely recommend this hotel!

Good(ish) location, (just about) within walking distance of both the train station and the old town. Room was average sized but quite comfy. It's basically a few-frills budget hotel with reasonably nice rooms and a bar of sorts. We got a great deal on booking so I'm happy given the price we paid.

The electronic, self-service check-in was a total disaster and didn't work. It DID take the money though. Luckily I checked my balance online or the hotel staff would have double charged me. The room really should come with a minibar or small fridge and also a kettle. Disappointed that neither was available.

Friendly staff was friendly and forthcoming. I really liked the design of the rooms and the big choice at the breakfast, not necessarily a given in this class. The hotel is a very short walk from the old city center which we explored at night.

A table for working on my computer was missing which was unfortunate seeing I had a lot of work to do. I´d appreciate a separate working area in the entrance/reception area with a telephone booth for video conferences.
