Breakfast was great, beds confortable and hotel very clean. Staff was very friendly.

Upon arrival, we booked 30 mins before arriving, we were told that there is no hot water. Bearing in mind that we came there almost at midnight and this was presented as a given fact upon the check in (giving us the option to take the room or not) we didn't really have the chance to say "Hey no, we are leaving with a kid at midnight to search for another hotel". While I completely understand that those are unexpected situation, they could have informed us at the moment of booking or show a bit of sympathy while offering a small discount, not charging the parking, something...Otherwise we have no remarks, but this left a bitter aftertaste.

Our stay was very pleasant. We were able to check in a bit earlier and the room was squeaking clean! We enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the terrace while enjoying the view. Super friendly staff, especially the Romanian receptionist who was kind enough to speak our language and made our short stay even more pleasant!

The location is fantastic, though for some people slightly outside the inner city, on the Danube banks, off the main road may not be optimal. The city centre is a few minutes drive away, by the way. By the hotel you can also find a bike trail heading for the city, resp. away from it. The terrace is wonderful (creative and modern), overlooking the Danube. It's very pleasant both in the evening and in the morning. One should watch out though that the rooms exactly above may not be as quiet in the evening, until the guests retire to their rooms. My mother was situated exactly above, but the sound coming in from the outside was still okay. Breakfast was great, with plenty of options. We totally enjoyed the pancake making machine. In general the hotel was very tidy and nice, and with a fresh modern appealing look. I signed up for membership upon leaving, was so delighted about it. We even got some drinks as a present.

This is not a complaint specific for this hotel, as we've encountered this with all others we've stayed at on our vacation, but I certainly didn't like paying for parking...

The hotel was extremely pleasant, modernly furnished, well-equipped, everything was neat and clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. We were surprised by the bar and terrace within the hotel, and most of all by the children's playroom where our children could spend time (5 and 9 years old). The breakfast included in the price is outstanding, and the dinner we could order also met our expectations. The location is great for those who do not like city crowds, as it is on the outskirts of the city. It is particularly convenient for those taking a break during a journey, as it is close to the highway.

The only thing we didn't like was the large number of wasps/bees, which linger on the terrace and make the stay difficult. We noticed that this is a common occurrence in Germany, there are a lot of wasps and bees even in the cities.

Everything. The location was awesome, along side the canal. During Breakfast we could sit outside and enjoy the delicious breakfast buffet. The chair arrangement in the courtyard was amazing. The rooms were very clean and big enough. The staff was so friendly, attentive and caring. Such amazing people are hard to find. From the hotel we could walk along side the canal and went to an Indian restaurant across the bridge. There was lots of parking too. For such an amazing stay, the price was good too. For a group of 4 people & a toddler, we paid about €230 for 2 rooms with breakfast per night.

The hotel has met our expectations, we were really satisfied with the location of the hotel, close enough to reach the city center by foot and also relatively outside to enjoy nature, parks and walks along the Danube. The room was clean as you might expect and a small present was left to welcome the kids. My children enjoyed the indoor and outdoor playgrounds. Beds were comfortable, we needed an extra blanket which was provided immediately. Breakfast was really good, congratulations to the team for providing an excellent service even during the busy long weekend.

Parking fee.

We used to book a night in this hotel on a regular basis during our linger roadtrip. We were always satisfied, especially the bartender is very friendly and professional. Parents can enjoy a glass of wine, while the kids are playing in the playroom. Breakfast is also really good.

We were this time quite disappointed that the restaurant was closed. Especially, when a restaurant is a criteria for you, when booking. However, a warm soup was offered instead. The lady at the reception wasn’t really friendly or helpful. She answered our questions, but seemed to be quite annoyed or bothered by them. The sir in the morning was super kind!

Great hotel, lots of fun for the kids in the generous playroom, beautiful terrace for the parents, close to the city, bike rentals available. Very decent breakfast with good coffee, great view to the Danube river, clean and cozy rooms

If I have to make a suggestion then I would add fresh orange juice, Bircher Müsli, and water melon to the breakfast buffet but the given options are already very good (fresh baked goods, cold cuts, fruit salad, pancakes, eggs, bacon, tomatoe, cucumber, yoghurts)

We were searching for a nice place to stay over the night on our way south and we are happy that we have found this hotel. The reception was 24 hours, so we did not need to worry about our late arrival. There was a nice playroom for children, as well as an outdoor playground. The terrace of the dining area is really cool. And all the staff was very friendly. We definitely recommend.

The hotel offers a playing room for children and comfortable family rooms. There is also a restaurant on site serving pasta and pizza, with children’s menu. The beds were very comfortable.

The staff was not always very efficient. When our key card did not work, the desk receptionist came up to verify, but did not bring a new card, as promised. We had to go down once again to get this organized. Furthermore, parking is not free— while the parking site does not seem to be secured.
