We had a late check-in. When we got near the entrance one of the staff members already came over to open the door for us. Water pressure was great. Breakfast was fresh, and we were greeted with much joy.
Staff didn’t speak english very well. In front of the hotel are a couple of parkingspaces. You first have to check in to get acces to the parking garage. Which wasnt lighted. I requested to seperate the beds from each other, which wasnt done.

Very large room and bathroom. Also rooms available that are easily accessible by wheelchair. Breakfast is OK. Very nice location for restaurant and breakfast (in- and outside). Did not use the restaurant, but my family really liked it. Very nice & obliging staff. Huge parking lot available.
Single bed could have been wider. Location is a bit off the center of Potsdam, but easy to reach when travelling.

The closeness to the motorway. We were driving to Brussels the next day so it was easy to get out of the city. Also convenient to get to Berlin

Good price, hotel located near by a shopping mall, big rooms, decent price. If you want to visit Potsdam it is much better to stay there and even travel every day to downtown for sightseeing that pay hotel double price in citi center – it is just 10 minutes’ drive.

Not friendly staff in restaurant (breakfast time). She was irritated when I asked for additional milk. After few minutes nuts I came to bar and asked again and then I got it, she was silent, no any word, with grimace.
