GS Hotel

The breakfast exceeded my expecations. It had a large variety of german delicacies like sausages and cheeses. It had pasta, scrambled eggs, nutella, yogurt, sweets, cereal and many other things. The hotel stuff was very friendly and polite. They gave us every info we needed for our town explorations and even provided us with umbrellas when it was raining. At first I thought the hotel was a bit far from centre, but it was very easy to go with a bus line (53) and the train (s7). The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Our room was very clean and was the biggest hotel room I've been stayed to (for 3 people). Maybe had one of the best sleeps there.

Nothing bad to mention

Everything was excellent. The staff was really friendly and polite and spoke very good English. All my questions concerning transport or other stuff were answered eagerly and clearly. Breakfast was the same every day; everything was enough for all the guests, and we left the restaurant really full. Our room was cleaned every day, and the hotel itself was clean enough. It was also well-heated - it was cold outside, but very warm in the room. The great plus is several shops in the vicinity and the underground. The hotel is not in the centre but in 15 minutes we were in the heart of the city using the underground and buses for other destinations.

The only problem is the shower which leaks.

Great stay in Munich. Very easy to find in a quiet zone. Parking places free on charge in two streets around the hotel (very secure and safe). Public transportation within 100 m from the hotel. Hotel is very big, clean, spacey and peaceful. Rooms are very cool, modern, clean and have everything you need. The reception is very helpful all the time, and for everything you need. There are a lot of hotels in the area, so everything is really safe, even for a long night out or if you are coming late.

Everything was good, would recommend for a stay in Munich.

The hotel is simple but clean and nice. Even though it is not in the centre, it is very well connected with all parts of the city. People at the front desk are very kind and eager to help.

It would be nice to have at least a bottle of water given in the rooms. The bar doesn’t work after 8, as well as the supermarkets surrounding (at least during the weekend), so if you haven’t bought anything Before, you might be in trouble. 😂

The location is very good, easy and fast to come from Marienplatz by U Bahn or S Bahn. Hotel was very clean and breakfast had many delicious options. But the best part was definitely the super friendly staff that was very helpful. Thank you! This was definitely value for money and I'd love to stay here again.

Stayed in two different rooms, first one had quite poor sound-proofing and other's bathroom had bad smell (like sewer). I think these are quite understandable in older buildings so it was ok!

Room was clean and located in the quiet village. Very good and decent breakfast. Nearest train station is within 10 minutes on foot.

In a highest season of Oktoberfest, many peoples were there to check in and the staffs are seems way too busy but Parking information was hard to understand for a expat like me. Though I can speak a little German and English, I can hardly understand what they mean. They speak so fast. Detailed written information for the parking (how to get in and out of the garage ) would be more helpful for the foreigners.

The location is fine, because there are S-bahn and U-bahn stops nearby. The staff was cooperative and friendly. The breakfast was not a lavish one, but enough for a starter of the day. The rooms are big enough for two people. They are quiet, although there is a few stores and public parking in front of the hotel. There are many supermarkets around and a wonderful Beergarden 5min walk.

There isn't a fridge in the room.

Very good hotel, clean and comfortable. Personal is the best! Thank you for taxi and umbrella, always are happy to help, I really appreciated that. Very comfy rooms.

Maybe try something different with you wifi, because it is really uncomfortable to log in every time you go out from hotel

Comfortable room, with everything needed, clean bathroom, big bed, good wifi 🙌 Breakfast was super amazing! Parking near hotel.

Need better curtains on the window in the room , coz in the evening night the light from outside was really bright and it was straight to the bed where we were sleeping. Noise from the street was I lil bit annoying, but if you will close the window it's fine and quiet.

A good hotel, large rooms, good services and best prices I could find. I feel that is worth the money you spend; you can buy breakfast at the hotel or just go downtown. The hotel is like 3 minutes away from bus and 5-10 minutes from subway.
