Slept very well in the crisp fresh bedlinen, so good i didnt make it to breakfast. Wonderful to have a warm shower. Clean orderly all works. I got to eat some croissants at checkout desk. Practical bus outside that goes either to Ostbahmhof or Viktualienmarkt

I really liked my stay.. Its my fault for missing brealfast to evaluate double espresso and bacon and eggs.

Cleanliness and residential location, with great meze restaurant nearby and short 4 minute bus ride to Munchen Ost railway station for getting to and from airport, and day trip to Salzburg, and tram north to quaint Wiener Platz beer & food garden and southwest to Sendlinger Tor interchange. Also walkable in 20 mins to city centre across the river and through Isar Tor.

Lack of air conditioning was an issue due to freaky hot weather, so had to keep window open, with noise from outside and person in next room talking at their open window disturbing sleep. Not hotel's fault though. TV (or its remote) didn't work. No tea/coffee facilities.

Staff was very nice and helpful! :) We got there very early in the morning and could leave our luggage there which was a huge help. The hotel was a 10-15 min walk from the station that we used while staying in Munich. It's located in a very nice area, many things are within a walking distance. The room was nice and clean (and so was the bathroom), had a huge window so it had natural light all day. I would recommend the hotel to others :)

The walls were a little bit thin, but it wasn't a problem at all, just something that I noticed in the afternoon. There was no water boiler in the room, but it's not a necessity.

1. Uncomfortable bed, inadequate mattress 2. Out of 3 people at the reception, only one person was cooperative 3. The towels were not changed for the 3 days I stayed there 4. I asked to bring shower gel because the container was empty and it was not brought. 5. The enormous price and I paid the same price both for a single room and for a double room. When I asked at the reception, I was told that it was not their fault, but that of Booking!!!

Amazing staff especially Fawad at the reception was extremely polite and very helpful. The rooms are well maintained. Rooms are cleaned and beds made every day. It is well located on the bus ring making it easy to reach the hbf and also walking distance away from the east stn. On requesting for an umbrella, I was promptly offered one for the day.

Considering Germany is experiencing really hot summers, it would've been great to have some sort of air cooling in the rooms given that the ventilation isn't particularly the best. A stand ventilator is more than adequate and highly appreciated.

This is one of the cleanest places I've had the pleasure to stay. The location is ideal for me as a walker. it's in a really good part of town with some very good restaurants and cafes within the 10-minute walk. It is very close to the Angel of Peace statue and the magnificent walk along the River to get there. A great discovery and I will definitely be coming back here. Very reasonable prices.

My linen was changed daily so after the first day requested they be not changed. I was only there 3 nights so no changes needed.

The booked rooms where clean and there were towels and set of courtesy. We also parked there, in the hotel's garage at 15€/day. The hotel is 20min by foot from the city centre or you can also take the bus in front of the hotel. We were there for the Oktoberfest which was not near but with bus 58 or a taxi was easy to reach. Really nice hotel, we liked it.

Maybe the breakfast, we haven't tried it because you should pay extra for it but the hotel was nice anyway.

Room is so clean and spacious. Staff is super nice, they allowed me to check-in early and offered a free breakfast while I was waiting for the room to be ready. The hotel is a few minutes walking from the city center.

The room is not sound-proof, you can easily hear anyone passing by the room, and because the room is not air conditioned you have to open the window and so you hear all the noise from the outside, however at night it’s quiet.

Clean and quiet room, allowing me to rest well each night. Well equipped bath room with a hairdryer and an extra mirror. A short walk from a two different tram stops, which allow easy access to the old town via different routes. While not exactly walking distance to the town, having a quiet , nice room and slightly lower rates make up for that, especially with the 9 Euro ticket these three months making tram travel fuss free. I didn't try the breakfast though, so can't comment on that. I am happy to return to this hotel at the next visit.

The room was also cleaned each day, though they could also have provided guests the convenient option to indicate if they don't need that, since being environmentally friendlier these days is what we can do, and we can reuse the same towels for two or three days more. But this is just a small quibble, which does not make the stay any less enjoyable or the hotel any less good.

Staying at hotel aurbacher exceeded my expectations! Breakfast was very good but nothing fancy, great cappuccinos to start our mornings in their beautiful picturesque garden away from the busy city noise and loud crowds. If you are looking for a hotel with large space in the heart of Munich, maybe not for you. But for us it was perfect! Comfortable bed, all the necessities. It is about a 20 minute walk to the heart of Munich if you are okay with walking, personally me and my boyfriend really enjoyed the area specifically for the biking to get places, it really allowed us to enjoy the city in its whole! (Plenty of city bikes on the area, highly recommend Mikes Bikes!) Plus the area itself also has its own sparkle. The workers at the hotel are very sweet, and made our stay. For the price, it was more than perfect. Thank you for our stay at Munich!
