B&B Hotel Hildesheim

Super hotel. Staying here every year for M’era Luna. For the 3rd time already.

This time it was a chaos: we were given a card from a taken room. And we entered it… and saw private things of other people…. Yes-yes. I would say: additional problems with security. Came back, spent some more time at the reception instead of going to the festival. Once the same things happened at another hotel with my friends, they got a free breakfast. We got nothing as that. And because of what we have seen before we have hidden our valuables and put “don’t disturb” sign on the door.

Great value for money. Great for a transit when traveling through Germany. Everything felt brand new and clean. Check in/out gets 5 stars for easy and quick procedure (no need for check out at all and the check in was very friendly and quick). Breakfast was great value for money (only 4€ for kids). Parking was easy. Hotel parking was full but there is another one next to it (the postal office’s parking) that was available at only 5€ for 24h. (Sidenote: We can also recommend the La Gondola Italian restaurant in the city were we had very nice pizza/pasta.)

Self check in.Although staff member was at reception.Too long of a process doing it and only 1 machine available.Asked for too much information abd especially as some of our party were arriving later and did not have their details etc. Also person who booked for one other group was not travelling so it was difficult to check in and required a team members assistance.

First want to start with complementing the boss of the hotel. The owner was very friendly and helpful when I checked in. The hotel itself is great. Everything was clean and looked brand new. I really like the modern look. It was also close to restaurants and bars.

There wasn't much I didn't like. Maybe the neighbourhood is a little sketchy but for the rest it was perfect.

Location very near to the city center and free parking next to the hotel. Friendly oersonel. Clean rooms.

Walls between the rooms are very thin, at least in the 5th floor. You could gear almost everything from the neighboring room, like e.g. shower in the middle of the night.

Hotel is perfectly clean, easy to check-in and out. Room is small but very cosy and has everything you need for a short stay. Free parking was a great benefit. Breakfast is simple but very good and tasty.

Location. Very shabby surroundings of a train station. But Markt and tourist attractions are in a walking distance

Super nice. Enjoyed the juice, rare to find my favorite blood orange. Enjoyed bread and fruit. Why are there no eggholders? Or should they curiously be the small waffelcups? Then make a sign. The bread is difficult to get at for small people like me.

Nice place to stay if you are looking for a clean and quiet room. Close to train station.

Not the nicest part of town and limited parking space

The air conditioning was excellent, the bed and pillows were comfortable. Free parking is nice. The staff were very friendly.

The neighborhood is fairly dirty and there are a lot of people wandering around at night but it is near the train station.

The code system to get into the rooms was perfect traveling with friends it was super easier to come and go. We picked this hotel for its location. This was perfect for us for 1 night.

The lack of staff in the hotel was a little annoying especially when check in was open. We needed to ask a cleaner for an iron! This proved a little difficult!
