Everything was so clean and comfortable!

we just didn’t really like the location!

Good location when traveling by car. Comfortable parking place. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room with good shower.

Just some minor things - Minifridge didn’t work and no water/coffee/tea in the room. Coffee could be taken though from breakfast room, but I’m used to be able to have this available in the room as well.

The location was a perfectly halfway between tiger and turtle and landschaftspark, with the center of town only a short walk away. The breakfast was great value and offered a surprisingly good selection of hot, cold, European and more western favored foods. The staff were very kind and helpful and despite arriving before check in, I was given my room early. The hotel also offer bikes for hire (both normal and electric) at reasonable prices.

The only complaint I had was that the pillows were quite soft and quickly went flat upon resting my weary head at the end of the day, resulting in basically sleeping straight on the mattress. This was overcome on the second night by doubling up on pillows.

Spacious and clean hotel room. The area is very quiet even with the window open at night. Very friendly staff. City center is only a short walk away. Combined with various public transport options nearby this makes the hotel a perfect spot for a city trip.

Breakfast is next-level. Clean and neat hotel (business like) 10 min walk through park to get to main shopping street (Christmas market)

A member of check-in desk has hard time keeping up w/ the times (booking.com details, asking if we've paid while we just paid)

We came back to the hotel lobby in the evening, and especially enjoyed the presence and care of the reception attendant. Altough a little old he did his best for us, manny thanks from all of us. The hotel is in very good condition, impecable cleanlines. Cool wallpapers designs.

The shower gel could be better.

Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional and helpful. The room was immaculate Breakfast was well presented, fresh and delicious

Facilities for making a hot drink in the room would have been nice

that in the rooms ; they didn’t provide a cattle with coffee or tea so that we can make for ourselves at night or anytime that we want to drink coffee or tea we can just make ; i don’t know if it’s available or not but i didn’t see it in the room;

Everyone we interacted with at the hotel was so friendly and nice. The location is good, a short walk into the center. The room was spotless and very comfortable. We worked remotely one day and the internet was very good and reliable. We had a comfort room and were happy to have our car safely parked in the hotel parking. Would definitely stay again if we are back in Duisburg.
