a charming old hotel. a little worn, but not more than expected. very nice breakfast. No elevator to our floor- only went as far as the floor below. a beautiful setting and very nice personnel. couldn't completely open the shower door since blocked by a roof beam. not terrible, but inconvenient. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Lovely little hotel in Vizille, which is worth visiting for the Museum of the Revolution and its park. The breakfast was very good, enjoyed by kids and adults. We stayed here on a Sunday night which is the only day of the week that their restaurant is closed which was a great shame as the hotel's own restaurant looks like the best in town. Nothing else is open on a sunday either! Friendly and helpful staff, and easy on-site parking

The hotel was in a good location just outside Vizille. The rooms are basic, and clean. This is posted as a Restaurant with rooms, and the food was excellent. Accommodation is good value

Reception does not open until 5pm, so not option to leave bags / book in before that time. Located just off a retail park, it is best accessed by car.

This was an overnight stop en route to the Alps. The reception on arrival after a very long drive was very friendly. The staff were helpful and made us feel most welcome. We dined in the restaurant which was traditional French food and was absolutely amazing and all freshly cooked. The bar was well stocked with a range of wines and local beers.

It was all good.

Hotel restaurant was great. this small village has a beautiful garden worth to visit. staff are very nice.

The location is not close to town, so you still need to take your car if you wish to visit the village. toilet too small and room is big old. But for a stopover not much choice.

Totally unexpected: we arrived at the hotel quite late, after a whole day of driving, the parking was packed quite a few very expensive cars, more dressed up people arriving, the restaurant was packed, loud music and lots of people...the first moment, we weren’t sure about it. The room was under the roof and quite hot. Travelling with a big dog, that wasn’t an option...the receptionist was very friendly and within a few minutes organised a room more suitable for us. Once we’d gotten over our first shock we absolutely loved every minute here!!! Amazing food, very nice view over the pool, trees and the mountains. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety. And the evening must have been an absolute exception due to people traveling again. Don’t muss out on the most delicious choice the restaurant offers! The staff was really amazing, extremely friendly and paying a lot of attention, while relaxed and interested at the same time. Felt like one of those rare moments where you feel like in a movie.

Nice Hotel lovely clean room great shower and fantastic views the pool and garden are lovely looking over the valley, the restaurant is amazing really good food plenty of parking as well

The carpark is a bit gravelly and on a slope

Second visit - so we knew the hotel. If location works for you then it's a great hotel with a great restaurant.

Noisy but we knew that as it was NYE - actually it sounded like a great party! They even called us in advance if we wanted to join the party!

Staff were great , room was very good with such a spectacular view outside, we had a fantastic evening meal there, will definitely return on our next trip to France

Small thing, was not possible top tip the waitresses via card, needed cash , which is outdated
