I keep coming back here for three simple reasons: - Problem-free checking in when arriving late: check-in terminal works perfectly and spits out the room key. - The wifi always works OK and is simple to set up on each device, similarly simple like e.g. Ibis hotel chains. - It's possible to (5kW only, so slow) charge my EV for free at 200m walking from the hotel, at the Péage exit parking lot

The hotel needs to be refreshed. E.g.: - There were holes/damages in the desk under the TV - The toilet flusher was broken, kept running (could fix it though) - The shower (while warm, comfortable and tall enough) was a bit cramped, tiny in width (if you are using the shower curtain) But the beds were comfortable and the window could be opened. There was a big fan available (it had been warm the week I stayed), but I did not need it. So it is not all bad, but just a bit tired looking here and there. This is a budget hotel after all.

We were late getting to the property (due to Eurotunnel delays) and had phoned ahead to let the hotel know this. When we arrived, at 11.30pm, we were warmly greeted by a lovely gentleman who checked us in and showed us where to park our car and trailer - reassuring us that he would be around all night to keep an eye on it. My brother got up early (6am) and sat at the outing eating area to read. Although it was an hour before breakfast was served, the same gentleman came over and asked if my brother would like a coffee.

There didn’t seem to be any cold water, just hot (better than just cold though).

the room needed a bit of paint to look better , skirting boards very dirty. bathroom smelt a bit

We were traveling from Spain to Germany and needed to overnight in the middle of the way. The room is small but have everything you need after 12 hours driving. This is a nice hotel to overnight and refresh for a very nice price.

The location near a free mid-level EV charging station is what usually makes me come back here. Also the wifi is usually good. I hate it when I have to struggle with the wifi after already arriving late. That is all good here. I have said it before in earlier reviews: this is a tired looking budget hotel, with visible wear. It is good for an inexpensive no-thrills overnight stay somewhere half way France, close to the exit of the Peage. There are only a few AC outlets, so be prepared for that when you need to charge your appliances. The shower is powerful and quickly warm, it is just very small, with the shower curtain not leaving much space.

Not much, besides what I already mentioned. I have been here multiple times, I know what to expect. Just don't expect any luxury or a lot of space.

breakfast is simple coffee and hard bread. no croissant. but coffee is good. the advantage is it has a children bed which is a super economic plan for family tourist before enter into Paris.

room is small. the bathroom is a very squeezed space. they dont have a reception. the checking must be done by a machine. you have to learn how to use a credit card to pay. actually I hope the payment can be done by booking.com directly instead of to punch my credit card again. I tried several card only one card was accepted fortunately. if no card be accepted I think the human service will cost me more than 3 hours to wait outside the hotel in winter wind.
