Campanile Vierzon

Excellent location very close to Sortie 6 of the A71. Easy to find. Our room was clean and comfortable. This Campanile is set in a quiet location, almost village-like, not in the usual industrial zones, and has a pleasant garden in which to enjoy drinks or food, with shade from trees if you need it - we arrived on a lovely sunny Sunday afternoon. Restaurant was closed Sunday evening but we'd brought some food of our own. I believe there were places to eat a short car journey away. Very helpful staff on reception. We didn't have time for breakfast but it looked like a good selection with some hot food too.

Night and Day staff is excellent. The night staff permit me to park my car in the video surveillance area for more security. The breakfast is amazing with a large choice of cereals, charcuteries, cheeses, fruits and yoghurt. I had a cooler with frozen packs and stuff inside. They put it on the fridge and freezer. So I bring back my stuff without cutting the chain of cold (thanks guys). Mattress was excellent.

Truly... nothing. Maybe, it could be good to have a minibar inside the room. Except this, nothing more. What they could improve ? I don't know.

Convenient location. Reasonable price for a nights stay as a stop on a long journey.

Checking in late after traffic delays,we were tired and hungry. The staff seemed disinterested and went through the motions adequately only. No enthusiastic help with finding somewhere to eat as restaurant was now closed due to our late arrival after the aforementioned delays. He was busy chatting to other people at the bar while checking our details etc.

Through Booking.com we have used the Campanile network in Europe for many years of long distance motorcycle touring and have always been welcomed and had good service.It was good to come back to Campanile Vierzon, this time by car but parking in exactly the same place. Very little had changed and we look forward to coming again.

Staff very friendly and helpful. 3 coarse meal for dinner with sun starting to go was lovely on the outside patio.

Nothing. All was lovely. 2 minutes away from the motorway could not get any better. Booked for end of August on our way back .

Our room faced the car park and was very quiet Good breakfast in a relatively spacious room Buffalo Grill easy walk away and they will deliver by way of Deliveroo Not ideal for exercising a dog but adequate

Heating was difficult to control. Had to open the door to get some fresh air in Only one chair so one of us had to stand to eat our takeaway No hair drier

Comfortable beds, good shower, everything you need. Excellent for an overnight stop. Restaurant excellent.

The rooms have been refurbished but are still a bit grubby in places, particularly the bathroom. Could do with a good scrub with some bleach.

Pleasant outdoor space for evening meal.

Although on the booking the evening meal was listed as 16.90 euros, we were told this was now out of date and we had to pay 21 euros. They would not budge on this.

Didn’t get a message about the key being left at the door of the room, and didn’t know what room number so nearly left and there would have been an issue over payment. Booking.com could have lost me as a customer.

This was our second visit, the first a few days before, was awful because the bed was knackered. That was room 11...and we were promised room 14 and that was a new mattress that was fine!
