ibis budget Tours Nord

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and there was a good selection of foods for breakfast. We are still talking about the egg boiler! I am disabled and was given a ground floor room, which I appreciated. There were plenty of places to eat nearby. Buffalo Grill was excellent. The advantages of an Ibis Budget Hotel are the price and that you know what to expect: simple, clean and accessible rooms with no frills.

Some allergy-friendly breakfast options would be nice but the breakfast buffet is of such a range that you can build your own breakfast, so long as you don't want any bread or pastries. Please note that Ibis Tours Nord is in the airport district, not the the centre of town. For us, this was an ideal stopping point after a long journey, but you might be disappointed if you booked a week there, expecting to be in the centre.

The staff were very professional and extremely helpful. The chamber maid was very polite and the room was exceedingly clean. The lady on reception was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast options were perfect. Croissants, bread, cake and batons were all delivered freshly baked. Selection of drinks very good and the service we received exceeded our expectations. This was our first visit to Ibis and as we frequently travel to the U.K. we shall make our stop overs at Ibis. It was also very convenient for the motorway.

The room was very clean, nicely laid out, evidently some thought had gone into it. The air con was brilliant ( it was hot for October!) the perfect temperature and no draughts. Muy partner declared that the bed was the most comfortable that he had slept in during our week in France

It would be nice to have a kettle in the room. We stayed in another budget hotel where this was provide, with albeit just one sachet of coffee each. It seemed cheap to expect us to use the vending machines...especially as they only took cash. Who has that!

property was exactly as described. We had intended to stay just as a brief overnight after a long drive but arrived 4 hours early. The hotel organised a taxi for us into Tours where we had a wonderful evening. The staff were excellent. My wife left a kindle behind but fortunately the lady cleaning our room saw us getting into our car and called out the window to us. The staff on reception were excellent too.

This is an ideal stopover off the motorway but if you want to visit Tours I would recommend getting a hotel closer to the town centre.

The breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from. Room was clean and slightly larger than we have had at other budget hotels. Very good free parking. As far as budget hotels go, we thought this was one of the best we have used.

Nothing to really dislike, you have to remember that it’s a budget hotel.

I booked this hotel for a 1 night stop over on my way to Portugal. Room was clean, my dog was allowed to stay and there is free and secure parking on the Ibis premises included in the price. Very convenient when your car is packed with stuff. Great for people who are traveling through France. It's only a 14 min drive from the centre of Tours, which is easy to reach and has parking facilities.

Good location, easy for autoroute, spotlessly clean.

Breakfast nice, but could have had some more choices. Not hotels fault but local restaurants within walking distance either not open on a Tuesday evening, or not open until 7pm; not so good with a 7 year old. As I said not hotels fault but do some Google-fu before you go.

Easy to find. They accept dogs, it is good value for money . Clean and everything you need for an overnight stay. Thank you

Shower felt like I was in a campervan, but that was rather funny. I wasn't a big fan of breakfast, croissants were not fresh which I find strange for France.

It is clean and the stuff is really nice, there is also a secured parking space infront of the hotel

The temperature is 19 degrees - there is no way to turn off the AC. For me, it was way too cold. Also if you want to share a room with a friend - be careful, the shower is in the room, so if you leave the shower, you‘re in the room

Great location, easy to find in North Tours. You can eat a meal next door at the Mercure, which was excellent. The breakfast in the Ibis was good and the staff were friendly. I think for a budget hotel, this is excellent.
