The hotel offer a good family room for when you are on your way doen south. We have stayed for many years now and it really meets our travel requirements. Parking in from of the hotel is also available when you arrive late.

We always arrive late and I particularly like the check in machine that always work and is user-friendly. This year however, it did not when I arrived around 2:00am. I called the phone number on the machine and the hotel manager arrived in about 15 minutes to help resolve the situation. So scary at first after a long drive but speedily resolved. We will be back next year!

Easy to find on the outskirts of Pau, free parking. There are a number of places to eat fairly close by. Quiet location.

On our arrival the receptionist asked if we would like a room upgrade to a comfort room. It was my wife's birthday so we said yes and paid the 5 euros. On entering the room it was obvious that we hadn't been upgraded at all. The receptionist on arrival appeared more interested in obtaining the fee for a room upgrade. We had originally asked for a quiet room away from any stairs or lifts however our 'upgraded room' was very near the stairs. In all honesty this wasn't an issue as there was no noise. If travelling onto Spain I suggest taking the ring road around Pau as during the week travelling through the city would be slow because of traffic issues.

The hotel is simple, but very clean, with room service every day and provides excellent value for money. The en suite bathroom was compact but hot water was instant, whilst the bed was large and comfortable, whilst the Wifi was easy to connect to. Essentially everything one needs when you are out all day. The continental breakfast provided a good choice of options, including fresh fruit, yogurts, cold meat and hard boiled eggs, fresh bread, croissants, confitures, fruit juices, coffee and tea. The staff were friendly and efficient, whilst the "Poivre Rouge" restaurant just across the car park was a bonus of the location.

cleaning and location. is perfect for holiday with car rental, is outside de big traffic, quiet place. Its perfect if you want to visit every day all castle and historical plaice from the Loire . Its good for business and working interest because is close the-airport.

the facilities in the room. should be one small fridge and cattle. One hanger near dor acces for clothes. Pure breakfast.

Stopped over for one night on the way down to the south of France. Chosen for cheap price and location near to autoroute. Friendly staff that spoke English, adequate rooms, nice continental breakfast. There are many restaurants nearby.

No air-con or fans in rooms. There was black hair on the bedding in one of the two bedrooms we booked.

Just off the motorway and perfect for an overnight stay whilst travelling. The room was as expected with a private bathroom. We used the restaurant next door which was excellent and were given a discount as guests of hotel. We would stay again The staff were great

Nothing really. It was a budget hotel. Perfect for travellers, probably not so great for a family holiday

Great value for money. Good bed, warm with Pod bathroom

No USB support or close to bed power and only a single power point remote from bed. Desk has power and one chair. So if you are travelling as a couple, one of you will be sitting in the bed out of reach of power. Take a 3m plus usb cable or power extension lead. Refers Room 5.

For a quick stop over, this hotel is the perfect choice. It is easy to get to and has free parking which is a big plus. The room was clean and the bed fresh and comfortable. We arrived very late so there was nobody at reception but it is very easy to check in yourself outside the main entrance and collect the key to the room. Excellent value for money. Would highly recommend!

Very comfy bed and clean bedroom. An excellent, almost attached restaurant, in Poivre Rouge, with a 10% discount for Quick Palace customers. We always return to Quick Palace whenever we do this journey twice a year.

The latte coffee in the serve yourself coffee drinks dispenser was awful - it was virtually black instead of incorporating a reasonable amount of hot milk!

Although the breakfast area was small it was adequate and the range of breakfast food was adequate.

In the family room in one bed it was found to have someone's toe nail clippings. Obviously the bed linen had not been changed.
