1. very well-managed property, recommended for both leisure and work 2. Clean rooms and bathroom 3. Above average room size, the included kitchenette is ideal as eating-out options close by are very limited 4. The Free electric car charging in the basement parking ( only with a wall plug - max of 3.7 Kw ) is excellent for a PHEV, will give enough juice overnight. 5. Awesome breakfast, and facilities like laundry and swimming pool, all well maintained and managed, very very cool 6. Small details like the free welcome drinks in the lobby are very thoughtful 7. Ideal location to use as a base to explore the midi Pyrenees region 8. The sofa bed in the living room is perfect for two adults , the property can easily accommodate 4 people

1. Toilet in my room needed fixing ( Commode was not fixed to the floor property and the air ventilation was not working ) 2. Could do with a refresh of some of the things like a deep clean of the kitchen hood, etc But I am struggling here to find things that I did not like.

Very easy to find by car. The staff were super friendly and efficient. The room comes with all the facilities you need, plus a kitchenette. The bed was very comfy. Shower AND bath. Dinner was not cheap but it was fantastic, I recommend the confit duck with bacon in confit style. Parking directly outside the door

The staff was so kind and nice, that make us feel welcome and comfortable at the property. Apartment was super clean and nice. In fact, perfect apartment for a family with two kids.

Everything, from check-in to check-out was great so we don't have anything to mention as dislike :)

The room was perfect size and windows big, air conditioning worked well. The kitchenette was functional. Perfect for dogs.

Nothing , everything was great, one suggestion would be to let the pool open a little bit later than 9pm on summer days.

We were welcomed and nothing was too much trouble . The breakfast and dinners in the restaurant were excellent

The hotel restaurant was full on our first night . Perhaps a little enquiry on booking " do you want to reserve a table for tonight ?"

good size apartment; staff is very friendly; position is perfect for both Toulouse and outskirts

You never know when the apartment is cleaned by the staff; sometimes the towels or the tools in the kitchen are missing; breakfast is always the same, and after 3 moths I can say it's quite boring

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and big enough. It even had a kitchenette ( didn’t use it though ) For a city trip the location is pretty far, but from the airport the distance is very good. Public transportation is very close. I cannot review breakfast because I did not have it …

There wasn’t really a thing, my stay was very short. If I need to bring something up it was that the pool is very small ( I did not use it though, it was raining that day )

very easy check in and check out, nice bathroom with separate toilets and corridor.

the sound of the ventilation/AC is very loud in the rooms and as it was hot we couldn’t do without it but it was hard to fall asleep with the noise.

Missed my evening meal the first night, the barman had not booked it. The following night, I had to send the steak back as it was overcooked. Replacement was good.

Good selection of food for breakfast. Restaurant set menu was good for dinner. Staff were friendly, even if all of them didn't speak much English.

There was little to no information provided about the surrounding area. Example: where is the closest supermarket.
