The location is perfect for those with a flight - 10 min walk from the airport! The service was exceptional - kind, responsive and helpful staff. I requested a room on a lower floor because my travel companion had limited mobility and the staff quickly attended to our needs. Shortly after checking out, i realized that i had forgotten something in the room and the receptionist kindly let me in again so i could find it. The bed was very comfortable, the air-conditioning cooled perfectly the room during the heat wave outside and every inch of the room was functional which we found truly impressive.

Unfortunately the room size was not fit for a person with a limited mobility - the gap between the bed and the wall was about 30 cm, so if one wanted to cross the room, s/he would have to go sideways.

Clean, 15 minute walk from airport. Secure. Aircon working thank goodness as it was 34 degrees when we arrived at 23:00. The auto check-in.

The vending machines could have been better. The toilet flush was broken so improvised by filling up the waste bin with water and using this to flush the toilet. The shower was like being in a camper van but who cares for one night.

I stayed here for one night before taking a flight. The room was very comfortable, clean , quiet and warm. The bed was also very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful in particular the lady on reception when I arrived-thank you Eliz-Angele. An easy 10 minute walk to the airport so in a perfect location.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

They stored our bags for us as we explored Toulouse during our long layover. I greatly appreciated that. The walk was about 10-12 minutes from the airport. I also appreciated that there was someone to check me in when we arrived after midnight due to a delayed flight.

very clean, 10 min walk from the airport, easy access, amazing staff, I am well travelled but the warm and helpful mindset in this hotel is just 10/10

clean, all basics are met, 10 min walk to the airport or the tramway you the city centre, well connected and easy to get to, staff are amazingly helpful and kind, hôtel well managed, breakfast even so cheap for french standards, it was superb

Much better than I thought. Self-check in late at night was easy. Included towels and basic toiletries. Had a good night's sleep before catching our flight early morning.

Shower area was a bit cramped, but water was still strong and comfortable to shower. Obviously there's a bit of noise from the road, but acceptable.

Great location. Helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Would stay again if I needed to be close by the airport.

The price probably reflects the location but feels high for the actual hotel.

10-15 minutes a nice walk from the airport though there is no public transportation at all except for a short period of peak hours for the employees of nearby Airbus facilities

A little too small. The lights went off at night n came on only in the morning, probably saving electricity.

The fan in the bathroom did not turn on, and the shower stall was slow to drain water. But it is still a good deal and I will stay again.
