That the restaurant was shut and had to go out again to find an evening meal also I felt breakfast was disappointing for the cost.

EVERYTHING. No room service.Stayed 7 nts and had to beg towel change three days in plus twice had to ask for toilet rolls. Bins weren't emptied. Ended up two ladies in their late seventies with slight walking disabilities sharing a double bed because the only rooms with two beds were up 2 flights of stairs. These rooms were very claustrophobic with a sloping roof and a velux window with only view to the sky. I was told 10 days in advance of going hotel had changed its name.IT HAS ALSO CHANGED OWNERSHIP. When I booked it had a restaurant.New owners closed the restaurant. We were out of town with no car of our own and no taxis or public transport into town. When we arrived everywhere was closed due to public holiday. The toilet seat was broken. The ceiling rose on shower didn't work. The wardrobe consisted of four boxed shelves and a rail with five coat hangers one of which didn't work. The so called desk was a shelf 9"x3 ft with the kettle taking up a third of the space. This was a waste of time because when we refused to take breakfast they refused to give us milk . There was no chair in our room although we noticed there was in other rooms.
