A simple breakfast, no omelets, no vegetables, there are pastries and bread, Not enough cheeses to choose from The internet in the hotel was slow, and the last day it didn't work at all, even though I went to reception and asked, it took a long time and still hasn't been fixed, Such a respectable hotel should not afford it to take a long time to repair a little disappointed At chek in they ask for a deposit of 100 euro, at checkout they forgot to give me back After a few days I was refund by my credit card The last day was a little disappointing for me

The location is excellent, though the design of the building/mall it is located in made finging the actual entrance the first time round much harder than I expected. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The room was nicely sized for 1 person, might have been a bit small for 2, but even then excellent value for mkney.

For 1st time arrivals, the entrance is well hidden - 1 level above street level, between the entrance to another hotel and a fast food joint. Upon first arriving, I walked past the door once or twice....

The hotel requested to pay a large ammount of pre-authorized fee as an insurance. I do not write details here, but I think the sum was exaggerated. I wrote a complaint, and they said this was the common procedure. It is a bit strange that I had been in the same hotel beforehand as well, and at that case no pre-authorization happened at A... Hotels. The more strange explanation was the at the prevoius ocassion staff made a mistake. All in all staff were polite, and the accomodation was fine, but I did not expect such a treatment. There must be a more logical and rational explanation. Lastly, I have spent some days later in the same hotel chain in a different hotel, in a different country, and of course there was no pre-authorization.

The location is great, and the hotel has all the essentials. We also liked the breakfast - it wasn’t extraordinary, but still a very decent buffet, with pastries, a bit of fresh fruit and yogurt. Staff was also very friendly.

parking is right next to the hotel, but the cost was not included in the hotel price. Thus, we had to pay an additional 21 Euro per day. In addition, there was no fridge in the room, so the cheese presents we brought couldn’t be cooled.

The room was very clean and had everything you need for a 1 night's stay The personnel was pleasant and helpful, they sent us the parking info in advance which was pretty helpful.

They held money from my card as a guarantee in case we decide to have breakfast (we didnt book it in advance). it has been 4 days now and the money isn't still released. I found this strategy very odd. The rooms feel smaller than they look on the pictures

The photos were very accurate, the rooms are small but equipped with necessities you need and cleen. Helpful staff, and a great lobby bar. Got a room on the top floor with unexpectedly nice city views. Checked-in early on the first day and left luggages to the locker room on our last day. Would stay here again for the current prices! No problem with German or English as well.

Very small room, not much area to stand or sit, could make it harder for longer stays. Small bath, reconsider if you are above 2m. There was no specific hand soap, but a common shampoo/gel/soap was available.

The breakfast was plentiful. The hotel is in the heart of the City and a perfect location for sight-seeing and shopping.

The rooms have recently been refurbished but are very minimalistic. No kettle or drink making equipment in the rooms. The reception desk is only a small table arrangement in the entrance lobby. The area was crowded if more than one customer was seeking service.

friendly staff, nice furniture and decoration. public parking below has direct lift to hotel reception. excellent breakfast, and… allows dogs ;)

10min walk to touristical area (less practical when you need to leave the dog in the room for a visit or dinner and collect it for a walk…). there are a few rats in the neighbourhood and one in the hotel reception. the staff knew about ti and did not manage to get rid of her 😵‍💫

Location is wonderful and hotel gave us umbrellas for one day use that is really nice.

Very long check in, they take 50 euros from my credit card for the extras that i haven't made yet. I find this unnecessary. At the end don't make any extras and just for 3 euro city tax, they take 50 euros. Yes hotel told me that they gonna give the rest back. But why?

The breakfast was very tasty.They were bringing food the whole time,so the buffet was full.The water & the juices were cold & that was great.I liked that there was detox water on the main entrance. The hotel is on the perfect location.Close to the city center,main central station & there were a lot of shops near by.

The shower & the beds were too small.And the key cards didnt function properly.
