EtC...Hôtel - Strasbourg Hyper Centre

This hotel is just simply cool. You (or at least me) do not expect to see what you see, when you get in. It looks like a small hows with at best 4 rooms, but it is actully a very roomy hotel with many decently dimentioned appartments. The hotel is sort of labirinth/escape room, which I though was very cool. Location is also incredible. Breakfast was also nice.

Getting around with a heavy luggage may be quite difficult. You have to use stairs to move around. I am not sure if there actually was an elevator which could be used by the guests routinely. That was not a problem at all for me though.

At first, the room that we booked was not the one that we received. the photos were very different from the ones we saw on Booking. The guy from the reception was very nice and accommodating as he understood our situation (the heaters in the room were not working at full capacity and we also had a family with kids upstairs making a lot of noise) - he came and checked himself as well. He offered to change the rooms and gave us one in a different wing of the building. Very clean, very warm, we were satisfied with our staying and we regret that we had to put the staff of the hotel in such a position. million thanks for being so open and flexible about this. Very good value for money and location amazing.

-no lift, has to carry all my bags up stairs. -this hotel might be to simple for a couple or family. but perfect size for solo traveler. -the front office lady is very… I don’t know what to say. she hasn’t done anything wrong but she looks moody hardly smile

The location was excellent, steps away from the tram, barely 2 blocks from the cathedral, great position to go see most of the sights. It was quiet, the blackout curtains were great. There was an air conditioner in the room, unexpected and greatly appreciated.

The toilet room is so small you have to straddle the toilet to close the door. The shower is also very small. It all works just fine, just small.

Great location and surprisingly well maintained and good looking room. Staff was also very frendly and helpful!

Had to pay for hot water for tea and for coffee. In principle, I am okay with this, though it was not mentioned during booking. Walls are quite thin - we have heard some night activity from neighbours...

The location is in the city centre, close to most of the main attractions of Strasbourg and surrounded by restaurants. The train station is close: just a 10-15min walk. I was in Strasbourg for only 12h but I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The room was good, with a spacious and clean bathroom. The bed offered a good night sleep as the bed was comfortable and the room is quiet. Lightning is good. Lastly, a compliment to the staff. I checked in at 8pm and checked out at 5.30am next morning which was within the shift of the manager. He was friendly, helpful and above all hardworking, even after 10,5h working. Summarised, EtC... Hotel is a good pick.

Breakfast was great for the price. Room was small but functional. Location was phenomenal for the price. Super friendly staff. We parked just outside the city center in a parking garage and walked in. A bit run down - 2 stars are about right - but clean, friendly and well located meant a 5 star stay for us (with three kids).

bathroom was tiny, couldn’t get into the the shower without opening the bathroom door. shower door would hit the sink and your knees almost hit the wall when sitting on the toilet. also the shower door was not sealed well so the floor/bath mat became soaked.

Cute boutique rooms at a great price for Strausbourg. We were a group staying for an event. Easy walk to event, restaurants, Cathedral, exploring old town, parking and public transportation for all of us to move separately. Allowed early checkin and breakfast was varied. We all left full. Fresh baguettes!

It’s a nice hotel located in the heart of Strasbourg. The room was comfortable and have all the necessary. It was quiet besides the location close to the light rail.

The room had a strong smell like perfume, I guess trying to refreshing the space but it was too much. The towels smell to chlorine.
