Hotel Restaurant Du Parc Saumur Logis Elégance

Fantastic friendly service from the minute we walked into the hotel. After a long day driving it was great to jump in the pool and unwind. The restaurant food was delicious, particularly the home made desserts. This hotel is dog friendly , we ate on the terrace with the dog by our table, the waiting staff even brought him a bowl of water! Similarly, the waiting staff were very patient and helpful with our daughter who has to eat gluten free. All in all a great hotel that we would use again.

A well-run, well-equipped hotel, with friendly staff, a good restaurant, and surpringly pleasant surroundings in a commercial location.

Not the fault of the hotel that it was my last minute choice to visit Saumur on the last night of our holiday. It's a good business hotel well hidden in a commercial area - just not the best choice for the beauty of of the Loire valley! My choice got justified criticism from my wife, but there's nothng wrong with this comfortable and pleasant business hotel.

The room was very quiet and comfortable The bed was very comfortable The showers were a hit. They have a water saving system that really works, our girls were very eager to try to stay in the green zone. The staff was AMAZING. So helpful, so nice… The food was very good

Easy access to motorway, safe and plentiful parking, 3 mins by car from Saumur centre. Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and delicious evening meal.

Very nice hotel located just outside Saumur, fantastic restaurant, and excellent food. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool was very good and perfect after a long day of exploring. It also has electric chargers which was very handy for our trip.

The room was on the small side, a little dated but overall good. The hotel is great if you've a car otherwise it's a bit away from the centre.

The thing I like about Logis hotels is that they are all of an excellent standard. The staff are well trained, polite and helpful, the rooms are always clean and set up to a good standard and the restaurant food is always to a high quality. This hotel was no exception and we will come again.

Room is a little small

Good location with excellent parking facilities. Bright and spotlessly clean reception area , lounge, restaurant and bedrooms. Most helpful lady at reception saw us on our way to the bedrooms in short time. Dinner in restaurant was very good. Bar staff struggled to respond to our group dynamics Re payments in the bar and restaurant.

Other than the payment issue ,nothing.

The room was a great size. The facilities were clean and spacious. The staff were so charming and friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful.

It’s a long way into town, and there were road closures.

The best hotel stayed in for years. Helpful, enthusiastc, SMILING staff. Everything well maintained. Very good cuisine with extensive wine cellar.

Clean and simple Staff friendly & helpful The parking is on-site and secure at night.

The only downside is it is a little too far from the centre of Saumur to walk.
