Kyriad Prestige Lyon Est - Saint Priest Eurexpo Hotel and SPA

The property is situated in a calm area, so no cars are honking. The property is well-maintained and the facilities (pool, rooms, shower, etc.) still look very new and modern. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. We appreciate the small details like the welcome message with the guest's name, on the TV screen and the selection of coffee capsules with the coffee machine. The spa by Cinq Mondes is just magnificent and the buffet breakfast was very good with lots of selection.

The price can be a little steep but it was worth it!

This was the second stay traveling across Europe. Always amazing. The hotel is clean and wonderful with lots of facilities. Special thanks to the hotel's chef. The evening meals are always superb. The steak was cooked to perfection. Breakfast selections and choices are always amazing. Our favorite stay always. Thank you very much.

Amazing! The hotel is close to highways, convenient for us to rest while travelling. Very helpful staff at reception. The hotel is clean and tidy. Our family room was lovely, beds very comfortable, surrounding quiet for rest and sleep, all necessary little bits in the room for comfortable stay. Spa area was good. The restaurant food was one of the best from many hotels travelling through Europe. Highly recommended. Would definitely come back here again.

Minor thing. Pool area was a bit dark for evening swim. No pool lights on.

Large modern room in a new business hotel.

Location of the hotel was in a commercial business park. We stayed a Sunday evening, and there were no restaurants in the vicinity open. The hotel restaurant was also closed (we were aware of that), so we found a take away pizza and ate in the room. Booking states that it is 6 miles from the airport and it was not. It was 17 km (aprox 10 miles) and took 20 minutes to drive to the airport.

Spacious room as we were a family of two kids, spa and pool was ask added bonus. Room was offres with breakfast and 1hr Spa access per person. Kids had a great time at the pool and it was covered with an option to open when it’s sunny!! Great and wide choice of breakfast, lunch and dinner was taken outside but restaurant was open to both options.

Location was little away from highway or main road and industrial sort of site and about 30mins away from Lyon Centre

The room was a very good size for an overnight stay travelling back from the Cote d'Azur. The pool was a great size with easy access. The hotel provided robes. The restaurant was very accommodating and we had a great evening meal. The staff were all very friendly.

Nothing - the hotel was easy to find, the staff were excellent and helpful. The room was a good size and it had a pool. There was nothing not to like!

As we traveled from Dublin Ireland in our electric car I was very pleased with the electric vehicle charging facility at this property. As a matter of fact everything was perfect the dining room was run extremely well especially considering the restrictions set out by the handling of the pandemic. The swimming pool was very much appreciated and the jacuzzi was very nice. Regarding the location of this hotel being in an industrial area this is not at all a negative for this property. I was very taken by the tree planted in the front of hotel, I would love to know if it's real or artificial.

The staff were good. We had a complaint about another guest and they handled it extreme well. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and quiet.

The changing area for the pool was not good. No lock on toilet door, nowhere to leave clothes, no towels provided.

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Our shower blocked and they had it fixed in under 30 mins. We missed breakfast and Arnaud at reception made sure we were fed. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble

It's quite a way from the centre of Lyon but as we were there for the Rammstein gig at the stadium this wasn't a problem and the location worked well for us

Perfect location to head on to Italy. The breakfast was great. Lovely hotel. Plenty of spacious parking right outside which is important to me. Very close to motorway but also very quiet.

The tv didn’t work. Restaurant was closed Sunday night but the pizza served in bar area was excellent.
