The hotel is in the perfect location for a short stay in St Omer. We were close to the Cathedral and the breathtaking public gardens, which are definitely worth a visit. The hotel is also close to the St Omer Marshes centre. Although we drove there, it is only a 10 minute walk away. A boat tour of the marshes is highly recommended. Our room was an extremely comfortable suite with a separate living room which included a TV with sofa, a small dining table and chairs, a fully stocked (chargeable) fridge/bar, a kettle with tea and coffee and a microwave. We booked lunch in the restaurant and it was excellent. Overall, a very enjoyable and comfortable stay with friendly hosts. Many thanks.

This was a last minute booking for us, when we were able to spend an extra night in this town. When we arrived in the middle of the afternoon, the kitchen was about to close, but they willingly agreed to put together a selection plate for us as we were hungry. It was delicious and very reasonably priced; it remains one of our most memorable meals while in France. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We'd happily stay here again.

The room was rather small for two people and the view was nothing to remember.

Hotel in a great location for the city centre. The owners are really friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was spotless and tastefully decorated and though it overlooked the street it wasn't too noisy. Getting to the hotel was frustrating as there are a lot of one way streets which my satnav wasn't prepared for. Parking is at a nearby car park but having motorcycles we parked on the footpath at the front of the hotel. Breakfast was continental comprising of bread, croissants, fruit, yoghurt and coffee, the bread is made by the proprietor and is just gorgeous.

Stairs very steep for carrying luggage up.

Nice hotel located in central position in the town, clean and spacious room, big comfortable bed, bath and shower.

Some confusion when we arrived, the staff member wasn't aware that we had booked a room but resolved quickly. No parking at hotel, we had to park a few minutes walk away. When we went to leave in the morning another staff member thought that we hadn't paid so I had to show my receipt from when I paid for the room the previous day, once again resolved quickly

The owners and staff were exceptional. The room was quiet, and hotel perfectly placed to explore the town. The breakfast was original and beautifully presented. Home made bread as well. Evening dinner was superb. Would eat here again definitely.

The toilet was stained with off colour limescale. No milk was offered for tea / coffee. No coffee machine in room per booking. The bottom sheet on double bed needs replacing - its old and 'bobbly'.

A fabulous hotel very well positioned within the town centre. On street parking is 150m away but I was on a motorbike and the hotel owner was happy for me to park my bike in the pedestrianised area immediately in front of the hotel which was great. The room was really nice, very clean and comfortable and breakfast, with home made bread and yoghurt, was superb - excellent value for money. The owners were lovely, very welcoming and went out of their way to make me feel welcome, thank you both very much. St. Omer is a terrific little town a short hop from Calais with some great supermarkets to stock up on great quality, inexpensive wine. I'd recommend it if you're heading to/from the U.K. and you'll struggle to find a nicer hotel than this with such welcoming hosts.

Nothing.

The location was good, just off the main square, perfect for the Saturday morning market. The breakfasts were excellent, plenty of coffee, homemade bread and pastries with cheese and cold meats. Also fruit and yoghurt. Our host produced a delicious egg dish on our last day too. Our host was friendly and obliging. We had a meal in the hotel restaurant which was also excellent.

Our room was slightly underlit for reading in winter darkness. There was some street noise on Friday and Saturday, from guests outside a nearby coffee house, socialising outdoors due to Covid we assumed,

A delight. In the middle of the old cobbled town, and close to all amenities. It is a true family affair, with the charming owners wonderful hosts. A very thoughtful and tasty breakfast, well appointed room, super shower, all in all a super overnight stop. For parking we used the public car park just around the corner in the Place Victor Hugo at the cost of a couple of euros. The old town of St.Omer is well worth a visit, lots of cobbled streets and individual shops.

The room was large and very comfortable. Bathroom was well equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean. All the staff were friendly and breakfast was exceptional, it was beautifully presented and very good value. Location was good for nearby car park and lovely market square.

The street was very noisy, think things quietened down about 2am and then the refuse collectors and street cleaners arrived very early in the morning.

Great location in town, free parking nearby. Bedroom at the rear so was nice and quiet. Food in restaurant was very nice. Breakfast was very good.

Reception, there wasn't one. Keys to rooms were in a key safe except the room that we were allocated there was no key for, we had to just choose one that was there. Banister on stairs needs attention.
