Pullman Paris Roissy Cdg Airport

Room is big. We had 3 28-inch luggage and room could accommodate them. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and we didn't want to wake up. Location was just few minutes to shuttle train to the airport terminals (train was crowded though). Train station has few groceries stores and coffee shop. Breakfast was variety and test really good.

Though hotel has provided a good facility, what I didn't like were relatively in personnel matters. We had only one check-in counter and there were waiting line. We waited about 15-20 minutes before we could check-in (there are more counter but no staff). All of our 4 rooms' bath tub could not hold water. We informed reception and maid had came but no one fix any of them (we stayed 2 nights). On day of arrival, I found someone else hair in bath tub as well.

People working there did not know about parking cost and did not explain anything (for example 100€ more than the price of the room for extras refundable, or that coffee sticks, tea bags and water bottles in the little fridge are included). Too hot in the room despite the air conditioning system. Weird spots on the carpet.

I paid for Breakfast, but when I made the booking, I booked with breakfast, but unfortunately when I arrived the hotel I was told that I have to pay for breakfast and which I paid for 5 days

I didn’t like the idear of Guest using his hands to push the trolly to the room, No assistance, Main while Guest was tired after a long trip, Checking in you have to push your luggages, That's not fair

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was helpful.

I asked for a crib and had a bed set up, the phones werent working so I had to go downstairs and wait in line to ask questions, my in room dining ordered never went through and the restaurant closed early.

Overpriced. Room service 70 euro for one entree and a salad. Fridge in room too noisy!

Hotel was easy to reach from Terminal 1, nice welcome on arrival and the room was very comfortable, excellent bed. A bit trickier to get to desired terminal next day, opted for taxi rather than multiple transfers. The most excellent part was being able to have a swim [after 25 hour journey, a most welcome activity, which I repeated the next morning before journeying on.

Had trouble navigating app to order dinner by room service, the room service number not answering, rang reception for assistance, was told to use the app. Having issues, so gave up. Fortunately, always travel with a jar of vegemite, so it was vegemite 'soup' for dinner and a couple of chocolates. A minor irritation in an otherwise restful recovery interlude in between flights.

The location is great, among a bunch of hotels in the same general area. The reception staff was friendly and professional and took care of our needs. They even correctly figured out that we left an item at the desk and called us to confirm they had it (we suspected we had left it, but hadn't gotten around to confirming yet).

If you're arriving by car, getting into the parking garage is a bit of a maze. That's beyond their control, but one thing that could be improved is making a more obvious "veer RIGHT HERE to get into the kind of hidden ramp down to the garage." If you miss that one spot, you're on a one way road and can't correct the mistake without circling about a kilometer around the whole city block. We circled twice before we got it right. :(

The hotel is located right next to the airport with very easy access to all terminals via the airport shuttle that's just across the street and is free of charge. The beds were really comfy, probably just what you need for a good night's sleep. The room itself is pretty big, probably bigger than most in the city.

The fact that most guests in the hotel probably use it as a transit point probably reflects in the way rooms are kept up. There were noticeable stains on the carpet and the wash basin probably wasn't cleaned after the last check out. Given the name associated and the level expected of Pullman, I wouldn't have expected to see what I saw...

The hotel was perfectly located for us for we reached the airport from Rouen by bus and then we had an early flight the next morning. Everything really near and well connected. Our room was excellent - great size, quiet, really clean, bed and pillows extremely comfortable, shower was brilliant. Staff was polite even while solving an issue we had with our booking. Breakfast was superb!

I do have to say I was disappointed with the pool, which was one of the reasons I chose this hotel in the first place. To reach the pool area you have to pass through an ice cold wet area with water that goes to your ankles. But the worst for us was that the pool wasn't warm enough. Anyways, that's personal. Also, the access from the pool to the ladies' locker room is open and anyone can enter the room from the pool freely. It made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

check in was slow - more late night staff were needed to deal with a number of unexpected guests due to flight cancellations. I could have done with some more information either on booking.com or from the hotel re how to get there on the shuttle train - but getting back to the airport once I knew where the CDG train was was very easy. i got a taxi to the hotel the night I checked in which worked out fine.
