The proximity to the airport is the best thing about this hotel. Staff is friendly despite minimum English. There's a big shopping complex (Aeroville) just 15minutes walk from the hotel. It has Auchan Supermarket with everything you need. Room is pretty small but comfortable enough. Despite lots of flights hovering above, and traffic below, it can't be heard inside the room with the double windows. Although not much can be said about the noises heard from hallways with people talking and shutting their doors.

We asked reception to call us a taxi to pickup our leased car near the airport. It's only when we got on the van that we found out it's a private taxi service and standard rate of €25 to the airport plus another €5 as it's located a kilometre longer. We didn't mind in the end as the driver was nice but it would have been better if they told us beforehand. Especially when we only paid €10 from Terminal 1 to the hotel. Besides the hotel have a shuttle to the airport for only €6pp and the leased company picks from airport for free. Oh! Well, lesson learnt

It was a good, value for money hotel for one night. The bed was large and comfortable, and the shower/basin/toilet very clean. The shower was great - very powerful and lots of hot water. The room was a good size. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient, and helpful with their advice regarding the morning shuttle (see below).

Although the hotel shuttle bus was available to get from the airport to the hotel, it was not available the following morning from the hotel to the airport as it was fully booked. According to booking.com, the shuttle should be booked upon checking-in at the hotel, but because I arrived late there were no more spaces for the 0700 departure. However, I was told to take the 'normal' bus which in fact was quicker. Perhaps the information on booking.com should be amended - it currently states: "IN THE MORNING: the first shuttle leaves the hotel to reach terminal 2 TGV station at 6 am and then every hour until 9 am. This must be reserved during check-in when you arrive at the hotel."

The place is easy to access thru local bus 27 (€2 each)or shuttle (€5 each). If you are in Paris and want to have a hotel to stay the night from or to CDG, this is a good place to stay at for a reasonable price. We were given an adjacent room by Xavier , lovely guy. We are a family of 4 adult and 1 child. There is a coffee and drinks vending machine , so if you came from CDG, buy drinks in M&S and some snacks or sandwich but if you want to have a proper dinner ask the staff for recommendation. Xavier gave us a 15% coupon from Campanile Restaurant.(just outside our hotel) There is an option of a cold, hot, dessert buffet where you can choose to combine 2 or all. It is a good deal. Good location, close to the airport. The room is clean and meet our needs although it is small. Very good hotel for travelers to spend night near CDG.

the hotel info says a shuttle bus run from CDG to the hotel until 10:30PM, we were at the right location waiting from 10:15PM until 11PM, did not see the hotel shuttle.

I was positively surprised about the quality of the hotel, as the cheap price made me a bit hesitant. However, the room was clean, we couldn't hear much noise from the airplanes, and there were bus stops right outside the hotel making it very easy going to Paris for a daytrip. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, but it was cheap.

Upon arrival you have to stop the car in front of a gate, get out of the car, go into the hotel, possibly wait in line until you can ask the receptionist to open the gate, then run back to the car, where you most likely will have other cars behind you waiting, go through the gate and then park. If they just gave you the password for the gate along with your booking confirmation, this would go much smoother.

Also the buses they mention you can catch at Roissypole Station is the same as Charles de Gaule 1..There is a bus info/ticket office outside..€1.50.. don’t forget to validate the ticket when u get on the bus!

You may not be able to hear the planes ✈️ due to the quadruple glazing.. but u hear every conversation in the hallway and next door in the next room 🤣.. cross your fingers u get a good night.. mine wasn’t too bad thankfully

The shuttle was easy to find from the airport, and the driver was very helpful, shuttle was easy to book for the return journey to the airport. Hotel was only a few minutes from CDG which is very convenient if you have an early flight and first shuttle leaves at 5am. The room was as expected, bed was comfortable and room was very clean with good amount of space. Hotel staff are friendly and extremely helpful. They go the extra mile to make all guests feel welcome and comfortable. It helped us that they spoke English as well as French.

On the first night we heard the next door room occupants leaving the hotel, so the walls are not acoustic proofed enough, but this is only a small detail didn't affect our overall great experience. I think they were just very loud which you can have at any hotel.

The hotel was fantastic, they decorated the lobby with anime and manga for Japan Expo. It was really comfortable and great value for money

It costed 5euros for 4 sanitary towels downstairs, and other than getting a taxi out to the aeroville shopping mall there was nowhere else to buy those things. There was also no tea/coffee in the room, the coffee machine downstairs was expensive and didn't do tea

I was absolutely blown away by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I came from the US with a broken toe and they went above and beyond the call of duty to help me which they did not have to. They arranged taxi cabs and food recommendations for us even late at night. I would rate every single person we had at the front desk over our 2 separate stays with a 5-star customer service. The rooms are small but cozy, clean, quiet, and accommodated myself and 2 teens. This hotel has elevator, AC and vending machines, 24/7 front desk access. Exceeded expectations for a budget hotel. Very near Paris CDG and convenient. Will definitely return when we come back to Paris!

I have no complaint about this property whatsoever.

The location is just near the Paris CDG airport and the most important thing is it is cheaper than most properties inside paris city. Since its around 20-30mins drive from paris center you can expect some traffic to enter the city. Otherwise it is a nice place to stay. We booked twice here.

The breakfast options are too less for the price. Also in one of the rooms the air conditioner was not working and they refused to look into it in the first night but gave a standing fan. But they provided a new room in the next night.
